"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"Host was difficult to reach. We never received check in information. We had to call the property owner twice and Travel Nest three times over several hours to get the information. Listing also says the house house has a washer and dryer, but there is no dryer. "

"Great place for a visit to Oxford. Quiet location but close enough to everywhere with plenty of transport options. Nicely furnished apartment with everything you need. Excellent communication from start to finish. Would recommend. "

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "What a hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised to find this at such a great price the day we needed it. Yes some areas of the hotel are a little tired but we loved it. A lift, air conditioning, lovely spacious room and the pool…. Wow! The restaurant was great valve for the evening meal as was the complimentary breakfast. There was nothing here we didn’t like. We wished we could have done 2 nights here! Thank you team we had a wonderful stay over. "

"It’s our second time staying at this property. It’s convenient, clean & overall a nice place to stay. As soon as you enter, it smells nice and fresh. The rooms are a good size, generally clean. You can’t hear any outside noise, or from other rooms. You can hear people walking through the corridor but that’s expected (it wasn’t bad at all). The staff were very polite and helpful. There were only two things I felt could be better - providing dressing gown and/or slippers and the windows in our room were all frosted except one diagonal one. I understand it’s better for privacy but it would be nice to look out the window especially if they don’t open. These things aren’t a deal breaker I would recommend and will return :)"
