"The property was not what we was expecting We had watched the makeover on tv that dave an jenny done It was just.okay. the pool was great Our room had an awful sewer smell. Thank goodness they moved us to a diffrent room at 10 pm. Are we would have had to check out an go some where else"

"The property is not like the picture. It is the exact opposite. There was tools and equipment in the hallway from maintenance. I found a bug under the bed sheets. Sheets were stained. Room smelled of smoke which was labeled non smoking. I went to front desk for a refund and was told no because I booked thru Expedia. I asked for a copy of the signed receipt. Front desk refused. They did offer me a suite and I refused. Do not stay. I lost $115. But I can't take the chance of getting bed bugs...

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Just mini Belgian waffles, packaged muffins, light yogurt, packaged oatmeal, and cereal with coffee and two juices. Overall I feel it was a great value for the minimal cost I paid for the room. I would stay again."

The guy explained everything in great detail and answered every question I had such as pool times, breakfast, etc. The pool was open from 8am to 10pm, and although it isnt the largest in size, it definitely was a nice amenity to have. "We went to Bentonville to do some mountain biking but wasn't sure where we were gonna store our bikes in a traditional hotel (multi floor). Then we found The Bike Inn. There was storage in the room and all the rooms are ground level. There were plenty of bike oriented amenities on the property. We bought gloves and a jersey from the pro shop for a fair price. The water bottle fill station and ice maker were also a huge plus as well. There were plenty of other amenities on site that we didnt use...

"We stayed there a couple times before because the price is great and the room was clean and smelled fresh. This time the floor was gooey, the bathtub was black and the room smelled really bad. We went to Walmart and bought cleaners and cleaned before we would take our shoes off or shower. We will NOT be staying there again. We will pay more to stay somewhere else. The lady at the front desk was AWESOME. She is a great fit for that job. Very personable. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the room!!!"

When I checked out, there seem to be very little concerned or effort from the front desk to address the situation. Proper housekeeping is basic expectation when staying in a hotel and the lack of response to multiple notifications is frustrating and disappointing.
