"The bedsheets had pet hairs on them. The pillow covers had kind of small black hairs. The room heater did not work and we had to use the blower. I informed the host regarding the heater but they said they will see if maintenace can come or not. The maintenance did not arrive that day. We had to turn off the blower at night and it got cold later at night."

"Cute room, smaller hotel that was very clean and comfortable. It's close to West Yellowstone and there are many outdoor activities around. We did not go to the restaurant as prices were a bit high and we had our own food with us. We will stay again"

"We visited at the end of May. The location was easy to find; parking was easily accessible. The hotel was well lit, and there was plenty of seating in the entry- just in case things got busy, or you wanted to sit and enjoy the view. Upon checking in and asking for the best locations for family meals, the staff was well informed. (The location suggested satisfied us all). When we needed an extra blanket for the room, someone brought it quickly to the room for us. The pool and hot tub were both...

"Evening clerk was very nice and helpful. The morning one was no where to be found as I was looking for coffee and the grab and go breakfast that was advertised. I found out through another guest, coffee and breakfast was a 5 minute walk away, which isn't cool."

"Very nice rooms. Convenient location to National Park, restaurants, and shopping. Great workout room and nice pool for kids. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. Areas of room are not carpeted so foot traffic from room above was noisy."

"Great concept, poor execution. Pictures are misleading, tents are thin and way too close together - we could hear everyone around us word for word. Hosts were incredibly sweet, we just were prepared for glamping, not actual camping - which we could have done at a third of the cost"

"This is an older place, but it is very clean and it was very comfortable for my family of 6. We stayed in the room with 3 beds, it had a double sink outside of the bathroom which was perfect for getting ready while someone else showered. There were a couple of very small things that could use some work, but over all a very good and convenient place to stay, especially being right in the main part of town. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone."
