Ich habe so schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Hotel gemacht, schlechte Kommunikation durch den Hotelbetreiber(Besitzer), als ich mich darüber beschwerte, begegnete er mir morgens im Pausenraum unfreundlich mit: Wir müssen Mal reden! ( nachdem er sich nie auf meine schriftlichen Anfragen gemeldet hatte). Nach einem kurzen Wortgefecht reisten Ich und meine Begleitung ab. So was unprofessionelles habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Die Rechnung wurde durch meine Begleitung am Anreisetag, durch meine Begleitung via Paypal überwiesen. Jetzt der Witz: wagt der Betreiber es sich doch ernsthaft zu behaupten wie wären ohne zu bezahlen abgereist! Der Wahnsinn, habe ich noch nicht erlebt sowas. Nachdem ihm ich dann mal nen Screenshot von Paypal geschickt und schon über rechtliche Schritte nachdachte, erhielt ich eine Nachricht in der er sich für die Zahlung bedankte. Aber es wird noch besser. Aus Versehen haben wir mit der Rechnung, den Meldeschein mitgenommen, weswegen er uns auch noch mit dem Ordnungsamt gedroht hat.
Also mein Resümee: Zimmer und Hotel im vernünftigen Zustand, der Betreiber oder Besitzer ist im Kundenservice deutlich ausbaufähig;)
