"If you have forgotten what great service in a traditional hotel is like come to the Hotel Continental. Everyone from the front desk to the dining room could not be more kind and helpful. When I mentioned that we were going to the floating sauna on the Oslo fjord, Anna at the front desk offered to have towels and water ready when we left. So thoughtful and made a big difference at the sauna. She also offered a room upgrade without my asking. Similarly the hostess in the breakfast room could not...

"This has to be one of the best hotels in Oslo. Brand new and designed with the old Norwegian 1920-30s industrial atmosphere to be deeply embedded in the building. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast ive ever seen in any hotel in my life. Absolutely 5 star... better then the ritz..."

"Good location, a stone throw away from Oslo Sentral. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of variety. It was a weekend and too many occupants in the hotel, so we were given 50 minutes for the breakfast only, otherwise I could spend two hours eating. The next day we have a early train to catch, the hotel is very considerate to prepare mini buffet breakfast from 430am for the early birds."

"This hotel was very close to the train station…about a 5 minute walk. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful with our questions and requests. Best of all was the amazing breakfast…delicious and such a wide variety of offerings. For a small additional fee we were able to pack up a lunch for our travel day. We would stay here again!"

"Great property and location, very close to 19 tram and 21 bus. Couldn't fault room, an oven or microwave oven would have been nice. Check in was a problem as something didn't click with the vander app, but 20 minutes and a phone call later it was sorted"

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is ideal. It is right in the center of everything. Walkable to all the main attractions. The staff is quick to help in every way they can and did. We highly recommend this hotel to anybody going to Oslo. You will not be disappointed!"

Basic, clean close to Oslo S hotel could be noisy7

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."
