"We loved our stay here! The large apartment was great for a family and the food at the restaurant was great! We were there for the castles and I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the lake! We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment. They had one fan and no AC. For the space two fans were needed as it was very hot the week we traveled. Only complaint was that the bedding area in the living room had no window coverings on the skylights and windows making it hard to sleep."

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room.
