"Staff could have been a little more friendlier. We were unsure of where to park when we first arrived as the lot seemed full. We didn't realize there was more parking in the back but the staff didn't let us know this. Our room was spacious and clean; however one of the lampshades was cracked with stains on it. Also the elvator was filthy-fingerprints all over the inside and food on the floor. Overall it was an OK place to stay the night, but we probably would look to stay elsewhere next time. "

"Staff were nice and very helpful but This hotel should shut down for a few months to get a huge facelift. Hotel door would not lock,shower head leaked and lukewarm water,toilet would not flush properly, some electrical outlets did not work, and window blinds btoken ceiling cracked blinds were "

"Great B &B with amazing views and very welcoming host. The breakfast was great. Excellent place to stay in Saint-Sauveur. This inn has a lot of character. Thank you Richard for the warm welcome."

"Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Staff is welcoming, rooms are clean and the price are more than affordable compared to other hotels in the area. They allow us to stay with our dog, which is the greatest thing about this hotel. 🐕"
