"Terrible decision to stay at the Hyatt. Not clean. Lamps did not work in room. The refrigerator froze all our food and the facility was not clean."

"The gentleman who checked us in was extremely professional and helpful. Our family was in town for a funeral and he made our stay more enjoyable in spite of all that was going on. He checked the whole family of several rooms and was such a joy and a total asset to that hotel. The woman that relieved him on day of check-in was very nice too. I wish I could remember their names. I can see their faces. Thank the staff for being so helpful and professional especially at such a difficult time for our family. "
