"Staff was great! From the valet to the cleaning team, everyone was helpful! The only thing was this Graduate is a bit run down. Paint splashes on bathroom floor, towels that are a bit old. Elevators broken or scratched up. I have been to the Graduate in other cities and they were a bit more polished still. Also, my 84 year old mom had to leave her room at 1 am bc the fire alarm was going off! No fire, no one knowing what was going on."

"The lobby and double room with the pullout is very clean and spacious! Would love to have had a microwave in the room. The small microwave located in front of the elevator doors was less than desirable. A regular size microwave would be better. Would love to have a brewed coffee for breakfast rather than making a cup at a time."

"We arrived at 9 PM to check in only to find out that the restaurant and bar on the property are not open because they were being renovated. So that was disappointing because we were tired and hungry. Otherwise the property is very nice. Location is great, and the staff was very helpful."

"Parking was fine but the building was near decrepit. The front desk people could have been a little kinder. Elevator was broken and I was on the 5th floor so that wasn't ideal. "
