"Nellie was an excellent help while I was staying at the property! She was quite understanding as I was navigating through a medical emergency with my daughter. THANK YOU!
I chose Extended Stay because of its location to the hospital and the availability of breakfast (one less thing to worry about). Unfortunately, I'm diabetic and your breakfast offerings aren't diabetic friendly."

"They only provided two pillows and two towels when I asked for more, the answer was no. The chair in the room was in the worst condition I have ever seen. There was only a sheet on the bed and the window did not completely close so it was freezing in the room. The neighbors next door constantly were fighting and the hallways were very loud. "The hotel is located right next to a busy road, so be aware that you will constantly hear cars and trucks passing by. The noise can be disruptive, especially if you are looking for a quiet stay.
Unfortunately, my experience with the staff at checkout made things even worse. When I shared my feedback, one staff member, Taylor, became defensive and spoke to me in a very unprofessional and overly casual manner. Meanwhile, three or four Marriott employees were gathered at the front desk, talking...

"The Hotel Providence is our go-to hotel whenever we attend a PPAC show. (Operation Mincement is a not-to-be-missed show . . . it was fantastic.) The theatre is minutes away from this beautiful hotel. We have stayed at Hotel Providence numerous times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are immaculate, and every staff person we have met has been so helpful and professional. Big shoutout to Sebastian and Nick for being incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Hope to see you soon!"
