"Reception were spot on, courteous and helpful
Room had air con on and we couldn't change it, asked reception and they resolved quickly.
Facilities were excellent, clean and well presented.
First time here, likely to go again.
Only 2 negative points are signage, went to the pool, on the way changed in the first changing room, then go downstairs to the pool area to find another wet changing room, could have saved a wet me traipsing across the carpet, and the lift, there's a ground floor, lift has...

"The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well stocked. Staff went over and above, nothing was too much trouble, especially Steph on reception. I will definitely be staying here again. Excellent value for what you get."
