"Driving up to this hotel it definitely had the wow factor. Reception staff were very polite and welcoming, and provided a very high level of customer service. The room itself was beautiful very large, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Evening meal was beautiful and so was breakfast. The only downfall is that this was a short overnight stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning "

"One night stay following a day at Chester Zoo. Relaxing to have a swim/sauna after walking round for several hours. Good bar food -enjoyed my steak ciabatta which arrived speedily despite a school prom being held in another room at the time, staff remained pleasant and efficient throughout. Breakfast was excellent, nice continental and light breakfast choices and provided in a light airy room. The gardens are always beautiful to stroll round (this was not my first stay) ,particuarly...
