We were sent an automated email with this notice directly after the reservations were placed but the reservations were non-refundable. Also, the room was pretty grungy.... It looked like there were new modern furnishings, but there was blood stains or something all over one of the curtains and most of the furniture was pretty worn, scratched, or falling apart."
