"The best partnof this hotel is the onsen, very easy to use the private facility. The hotel is located quite a distance from the train station so it could be difficult to access depending on weather. However it was close to Toshogu shrine and the Kanmangafuchi Abyss was right next door. Highly recommend if you like relaxing in onsen waters."

"I really love this hotel! The staff were kind and lovely, even though I’m not very good at communication. I stayed in Room 406, which had a window and a door leading out to the balcony — I absolutely loved it! There’s a Family Mart right across from the hotel, and it’s not far to walk from the train station. It was also very convenient to walk to the large supermarket in town. If I ever come back to Nikko, I will definitely stay here again."

Ken and Ise were very welcoming and helpful with helping us get settled, finding our way around Nikko and just generally friendly and helpful. "For a supposed 2 star rated hotel was well above that, on par with 3 star anywhere in Australia. Room was very comforable and bed was biggest I have ever slept in, could have fitted 4 people easy."
