"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel.

"모든 직원들이 너무 친철하고 시설도 너무 깨끗하고 역에서도 가까워서 다니기 편하고 가족들과 함께하기 너무 좋았어요 샴푸 바디워시도 하이퀄러티에 뭐하나 빠짐없는곳 다음에 도쿄가면 또 갈것임
All the staff were incredibly friendly, the facilities were spotless, and the location was convenient—close to the station and perfect for a family trip. Even the shampoo and body wash were high-quality; nothing was lacking. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo."

"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."
