"I recently stayed at the Novotel Asian Century hotel with my family. The service we were given was some of the best and most attentive I have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The hotel was clean and modern with an excellent range of buffet breakfast options. The pool was also great for kids! Thank you so much to Gary at check in and the patient porters like Ansan who helped with our baggage and for whom nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again in the future."
