"I called ahead to let them know I was checking in late (8 PM) and when I did arrive I only had to wait about 3 minutes after speaking with someone through the intercom to be attended. There is parking on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel is a row house with rooms on multiple floors. My room was on the second floor and the stairway is just big enough to walk up with carry-on luggage. A full size bag would have been awkward. The apartment was great with all amenities that we needed, such as washer, dryer, full equipped kitchen, a wonder full park-like backyard, comfortable beds and many more. It could have been perfect.
"It would have been perfect if the head server would have giving us a smile only ones . She just didn’t make us feel welcome . ( All other personal was always friendly.)Or if someone up one our arrival would have offered us some help with our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Same at check out. I had to go thru the rooms to find a maid to pay my bill."
