"Staff were very nice and accommodating. Especially the guy who checked us in (can’t remember name) anyways room smelled strongly of pet urine it was almost unbearable we drove 14 hrs I was tired I didn’t care but the nxt morning I had to buy my own fresheners. Huge opening at bottom of door so I had one eye open for bugs or snakes."

"The only positive I can say was about the front desk lady- she was nice- other than that, I have never been more disappointed in a hotel. We stayed there on 4/18. The sheets were dirty, pillowcases dirty- there was actual urine spots (you could smell it) on the comforter and bed. No housekeeping on site so I had to change all of the bedding myself (did see that part come from the clean laundry). The room was non smoking but smelled like smoke and everything we brought in still stinks like stale ciagrettes. Absolutely insane the price they charge for the quality of the hotel. There were no open hotels within 25 miles and no other rooms available."

"Upon checkin the lobby was filled with marijuana smoke and smell. The shower in our room wouldn’t drain, room was 1/2 clean. The breakfast was terrible and the staff when asked weren’t too happy to take care of the guests."
