"Excellent and comfortable"

"Very clean staff were friendly good breakfast"

"Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the lake! Hands down one of the best hotel experiences me and my wife had. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! Will definitely be back."

"We loved everything about the hotel. It was beautiful. We stayed on the 4th floor where we were able to view the river, as well as the Swiss Alps in the background, the snowcap Mountains. Best views ever. Definitely a 5☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recommend to stay there"

"V clean and comfortable"

"I loved our stay, the room was great and the view from the room was fantastic. Bathroom and shower was really small but the water pressure was excellent. Very nice helpful staff. Uphill walk to the train station was tough with luggage. Glad we stayed in Spiez. Very low key without the hustle and bustle of Interlaken. Would stay here again."

"Clean rooms, nice staff and nice views"

"도데체 스위스관광도시 호텔의 직원이 이렇게도 할수 있나 경악함 일정에 맞추려니 기차시간에 맞춰가야되는데 호텔 sending service가 있음에도 프로트직원들이 전혀 모른체하고 택시 예약해주겠다고 하니... 식당 직원이 오히려 호텔 데스크직원보다 더 친절하고 자상했음 프론트직원들은 아마도 아마츄어 임시 직원 같았음"

"Beautiful view of the Alps from our balcony. Helpful staff (George). Property was very well kept up. Very comfortable room. Will definitely stay here again."

"We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!"

"Check in is at 3pm and no one was there. I waited until 3:40pm with two other couples before the manager/owner/clerk arrive to check us in. No explanation or apology of any kind was offered. The man spoke very little German or English which made it worse. He acted as though he was doing us a big favor just by being there. After we checked-in I went back to the office to ask for an extra set of towels. The man demanded to know why and looked at me like I was going to steal them. Reluctantly he...

"Great hotel! Excellent location and view! Tasty breakfast!"

"I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room is clean and huge, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast are awesome. I would recommend this hotel."

"Check-in process was a bit difficult, and making a copy of room key isn't easy"

"Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Zwei Sachen könnten noch verbessert werden: Im Bad hat es ausser dem Waschbecken keine Ablagefläche. Ausserdem fehlt ein Ablagegestell für den Koffer. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, war die absolute Ruhe während der Nacht. Sehr praktisch für einen Besuch von Bern ist der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe."

"Nice place, great view."

"Lovely hotel with a great Spa. All the staff spoke very good English and were very friendly. Food was very good. Very happy and would stay there again."
