Poor heating in the room and toilet. outside temperature was at 0 deg celcius so heating definitely needs to improve. Fortunately hot water supply was good. Very unfortunate.
Our mini house was a 20 minute walk from the reception. Clean sheets were provided but no beds were made. NO TOWELS! Not even one hand towel. Heater did not work!!! The morning was very cold. Not at all a good value for the price.
