"This is my favorite hotel to stay at every year when I visit family. The hotel is clean, organized with friendly staff. Great coffee 24 seven. What else can you ask for?"

"There were a few kids parties at the hotel so the elevator and hallways were a bit messy."

"Parking lot isn’t taking care of, pot holes and trash. Went to go to bed and felt dirt and sand all in my bed. The guy in the front was nice and cool. "

"There are washers and dryers on second floor. Washers $3 load, small top load, washers are filthy, smell like mildew and take extra quarters, staff dont help. Dryers are same $3 some take extra quarters, dryers do work. Dont ask for Quarters or any Change from Desk They Will Not Give you Quarters or Change."

"Beautiful facility. I celebrated my birthday in the Jefferson Ballroom with family and friends. I was satisfied with my hotel room; however, there was a fire drill at 3AM and we had to evacuate. We had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor to find out it was a false alarm. We had a hard time falling back asleep and then it was time to fall asleep. We did not really get to enjoy our overnight stay. It was a waste of $$$. However, the Radissson Southfield is a nice Hotel."
