"We had to take the stairs to the hotel with our suitcases which was a challenge for seniors nobody to help. The room was so small and there was no place to walk around the bed we had difficulty gettin in bed from one side. The room was so hot and shower so cramped. There is really nothing to recommend . "Very good location, close to the train station. The room was ver small as was the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable because it has no support. The room was warm, even though it was 12 degrees outside and there’s no A/C. The breakfast was good and the area was very clean"

"Really nice and helpful staff. We had some issues with the bedside lamps in the room which couldn't be solved, but the staff was very apologetic and genuine. We had a large room which seemed to be a converted accessibility room, so the bathroom was massive, however the faucet was loose and would twist when used. Parking was convenient, however our cards wouldn't open the access to the hotel elevator. Parking was an extra cost and was more than quoted on expedia (it's a 3rd party parking lot that requires an app to book). Good location and fairly quiet at night. The breakfast was very good with a huge selection of everything. Note that not all the food options are in one spot, so explore before sitting down. "
