"Beds were not made and has lot of stains on them. Have taken pictures. Don’t think they are washed. Just covered them with comforter. Beautiful building and big nice rooms. Just sat in the chair whole night."

"Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money "

"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites.  Which I don't think are now genuine.    Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.  The room was disgusting to say the least.
