"Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27."

"Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. "The carpet is dirty, the rooms stink like it has been wet, the shower looked dirty. This hotel is in bad need of a major upgrade."

"The room was okay with a comfortable bed. Had an elevator to go the 2nd or 3rd floor but it was hot. Everything was okay but the only thing I didn't like was that I had to park a lil far from my room but I actually was able to park right by the elevator. I also liked that the property shared a parking lot with Denny's so dinner was very easy to get. Very easy check in and check out."

"When i went to breakfast still way before serving stopped, most of the containers were empty. The staff person advised she would be refillling. After having checked once, after over thirty minutes, i needed to leave. Disappointing. Our TV didn't work and the front desk was advised. The guy came and got our TV and brought another which did not work. After two more tries of bringing non-working TV's, he was frustrated, mumbling and cussing under his breath, we told him to forget about it. ...

Had to request clean towels by taking the used towels to the front office myself as I was told there was only (1) housekeeper. Please bring your own cooking utensils, kitchen ware etc., garbage bags. The outside of the property left a lot to be desired; it needs a complete overhaul. The pool was out of service as well. The room itself was O.K. but needs remodeling as well. The sofa was Filthy. "Clean property. My only complaint is that the rooms AC need some work . Turned all the way down and it was so hot at night. They don’t have ceiling fans."
