"Met dat we aan kwamen bij de parkeerplaats van het hotel, kregen we niet zo'n goed gevoel.
Was verwaarloosd en uitpuilende vuilnisbakken.
Er wordt ook verbouwd in de buurt en dat voelt ook niet zo goed aan. Maar hier kan het hotel niets aan doen. Voor de deur een paar tuin stoelen en tafels met mini emmertjes erop die bom vol zaten met sigaretten peuken 😒.
Binnen mooie aankomst hal. Heel vriendelijk aangesproken in het Engels. Wij spreken geen Deens.

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff is kind. The location is great. The only thing that ruined this for my husband and I and didn’t allow us to actually stay at the property is the fact that they have very poor A/C and no fans available. Rooms were preset to 20 as part of the “Green Country” regulations, could not be adjusted to be set lower, the vents in 3 different rooms barely blew any air whatsoever and they have no fans available on site. In peak summer heat, it was unbearable for us to stay...

"This met the need of a stay overnight in Copenhagen but the rooms were basic. Bed, tv, bathroom. No AC which probably isn't a big deal most of the time in Copenhagen but it was hot and stuffy in our room. Bathroom did not look the same as the photos as the toliet and shower are all the same room with a curtain seperating the two. Breakfast was decent and check out was easy. It met our needs but didn't wow us. Close to the train station to get to the airport."

"It's good to have a small studio for business trip so you can have kitchen and room supplies. They have extra facilities in cupboards and with lots of hangers that I like a lot. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures.
The bed and beddings are comfortable to sleep in. Good water pressure in the shower.
The area is a bit quiet as it's around the university and residential area, so not many restaurants to choose from. But it's close to metro and supermarket.
I haven't got chance to try...

Very friendly and helpful staff, they upgraded our room to a higher floor to compensate for the lack of AC at no cost.
The room was very comfortable and clean, and the "happy hour" from 17 to 18 is a nice touch.
