Beautiful 5* resort hotel. Lovely polite staff, great pool area, wonderful breakfast, room excellent. Would only say that the resort is a short taxi away from local attractions rather than an easy walk. There is a complimentary shuttle. Would recommend :)

Service was not great. We tried getting Room Service but it never happened. Perhaps it was because of the time, but we were never told until somebody came to the room and explained it when we were ready to check out for the price. I was expecting better customer care but overall the experience was very nice.

Dan Caesarea was exceptional, we loved our room so much that we wish had enough time to extend our stay. If we knew we were going to be this pleasantly surprised we would’ve also booked to stay at the Dan in Tel Aviv as well. They have a car in the property that can take you and pick you up from near by locations. The breakfast has any and everything that you could possibly want.

Unequivocally the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are extremely service minded, and it is evident that my satisfaction as a guest is very important. There is a feeling that this is a workplace that treats employees very well, and this is reflected back to the guest. The room was cozy and spacious and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable, we had a cute little balcony, the toilet and shower maintained to the highest standard.

Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. Very very good service. Nice hotel, nice rooms and wonderful garden area. We had a great time and can fully recommend it - except for the following: The only minus: the hotel charged us VAT although not applicable. They pretend that this is practice. This is not the case (experience with many other hotels in Israel and checked again today with other hotels here) and this is also not correct (if you are not subject to a law, you are not. No matter what your internal regulation says). In that respect we were very disappointed and we were astonished about the lack of understanding. We will now have to fight this, which hampers our remembering on this vacation and which prevents us for a full recommendation to foreign citizens.

Lovely property. I especially like that they have a keep drive you to the national park. The staff who checked me in didn’t explain the amenities and I missed out on some things like fresh coffee beans in my room and knowing more about breakfast and transportation. They kindly called me a taxi but it took a very long time.

This property is Beautiful, but the service is not great. The breakfast that is included is enormous in scope, it doesn’t run well. You have to ask for coffee for example, which can take 20 minutes or three minutes. Our room was never cleaned consistently in the same way. Every day, they forgot some thing Bottles of water or towels or tissues

L'hôtel est très agréable. Les prestations sont de qualités. Le service est en revanche déplorable: presque jamais personne à l'accueil, mauvais renseignements, on vous fait patienter à votre arrivée sans même prendre la peine de vous offrir une collation... J'ai mis quand même 2 étoiles pour remercier le personnel de la piscine qui pour sa part a été très attentionné avec l'ensemble de la clientèle, les petits comme les grands
