"It was a very disappointing stay. upon arrival they did not have our reservation, desk clerk could not address the situation and he had to call India to have them handle the matter. Learned that two weeks prior the property had been taken over by another firm. When they did find the reservation they advised it was for five nights when in fact it was for six. "The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6.
