Room, bed and bathroom facilities were good enough. No staff at the desk/in the lobby quite often; paid for breakfast both days but second one wasn't marked in and the security guy had to get it sorted out for me (thank you!). The cooks were nice about it and quick once it was sorted. There was no in-room coffee so I had to get my own packets but everything else needed was there.

If I had my time back I would’ve booked Zensala for a few weeks. Penthouse was wonderful. Big windows for great views of the sky and river. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Perfect location just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to come and go with ease. I’ll be staying there again!
