"Best place for family, stuff and the manger very kind and friendly. The apartments clean and comfortable. The view is amazing. Near supermarket and many sightseeing around."

"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. "The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us. "

"Newly refurbished Henri Hotel. Staff were very helpful. Nice comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast. Good location. Stayed Henri Hotel in Berlin several times and wouls definitely stay at Kitzbühl again. Great deal for what you get! Spa, indoor lap pool, Sauna and Steam. Afternoon Brotzeit!"

"Just unpleasant. No one at reception for 10mins, so went to find someone. No reservation, blamed Expedia. Gave me old room with dirty balcony that adjoined another room and the people came out and looked in my room as I was in bed. Tourist bus of people ate everything at breakfast and nothing much replenished - no pastries. Bike room left open by someone, so no security. Happy to leave."
