Excellent hotel. King room included refrigerator with freezer, stove top, dishwasher, full assortment of dishes and flatware, everything you need for extended stay. We were only there one night, but would definitely be comfortable with a longer visit. Great staff as well.

Bed was a little hard. But good service if needed anything the front desk was right there. Good breakfast Eggs and Sausage. TV options minimal. Couldn’t watch Yellowstone
It's summer in New Mexico and the pool doesn't open until 10am? Ridiculous. It should be open from sunrise to sunset. Won't be coming back unless that changes. Need my morning swim!

I travel to Hobbs New Mexico one a month. Town homes suites is by far the best place to stay in town and the safest.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast staff was not so good. She refused to make anything else besides microwaved breakfast sandwiches.

We had a family emergency and needed to take a quick trip to Hobbs NM from Oklahoma City. The staff was super nice and the rooms very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Loved how comfy the pillow are.

Finding lodging that is safe, clean and quiet with reasonable amenities at a reasonable price can be a challenge for a solo traveler in east New Mexico. This hotel is stylish, clean and comfortable. The fitness facility is bright and spacious. Hot breakfast was wonderful. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely be back.

This was a great stay for us. The suite was clean and well furnished. Bed was good but not as soft as I like my bed to be. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and attendant was on top of things. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful exterior, safe, quiet property, clean pool area as well as interiors. However, the room phone did not work-even after my attempting the handle-wiggle fix the PM desk clerk suggested and the toilet would not flush. The AM desk clerk promised she would advise management of these issues. As yet I have heard nothing from anyone else at Marriott management regarding an apology or offer of discount for that particular night we stayed there; so not impressed with them at this moment.
