It was nice and quiet, smelled a little like cigarettes, but I always carry spray with me . I didn’t get the room I booked . I got a smaller room , but we made it work

An anma experience every time.
My wife and I always stay here and each time the front desk makes it very easy checking in. Our room is always neat and ready for us. Absolutely amazing service.

The space was wonderful! The kitchen was exactly what we needed however all the furniture was stained and gross. The fold out couch was broke and didnt allow anyone to even sit on the couch. The matteress inside was dirty and stained as well. The air was. Stagnant and thermostats didnt work. We tried the a/c and it was barely cool. The shower has abysmal water pressure and if you turned it up then temp was scalding hot only.

I haven’t made a review for this property yet even though my stay was in mid-May because I wanted to give a fair and balanced review, not something that was biased due to annoyance. It’s easy to summarize what was good; the room we had was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well. We liked the kitchen area and the refrigerator. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The employee who maintained the breakfast area during the week was very nice. Even when there was a lot of people it was kept tidy. And we loved having biscuits and gravy! What we did not enjoy is harder to explain since we did not overtly complain. The elevator was broken nearly the entire length of our 10 day stay; we arrived on a Friday and it was broken by Saturday night and was still broken the Monday morning we checked out. We talked to the front desk manager on the Sunday, understandably it couldn’t be seen on a weekend, but after it was seen Monday and we talked again to the manager, we were told a part had to be ordered. We were on the top, third floor; I could have asked to be moved but I know the hotel was full at the time. But it was annoying, least of all because it took days for an “out of order” sign to appear and we would push the button and hope the elevator was working. Another issue was a sewage-like smell that was in the third floor hallway during the last three days of our visit which luckily did not extend into our room.

Avoid the elevators!
The lady behind the desk was very sweet! Our room was nice. However when I made the reservation I asked for first floor, due to my mother being disabled and my husband just had shoulder surgery 2 days prior. They couldn’t accommodate so okay, moved on. That Sunday came around the elevator is broke we’re on the 3rd floor. This is our 3rd time staying here and every time the elevator breaks. It’s either the comfort or the main stay. We have 3 kids, a mother that’s disabled and a husband that can’t lift. It was a disaster. I couldn’t wait around for maintenance to come and fix it.

It is a good room for people who live in a hotel. The air conditioner worked sporadically. The room was not very cool. The halls and elevator were hot. It had a funny smell like the carpet was kind of mildewed. The breakfast was good. I don’t think I would stay there again for a weekend trip

It’s like a studio apartment!!!!
This was my first time staying at the Main stay, I absolutely loved it. The room felt like a studio apartment. Nice and roomy the kitchen was awesome. I will definitely start using this hotel when I travel. The only negative the shower drain didn’t drain during my shower, which I’ve experienced that at other hotels. The fold out couch was wore didn’t close all the way flat, probably time for a new one. You can still sit on the couch. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Hobbs NM

Couch mattress had red kool-aid stains/something red of that sort. Shower had dirty towels still left in there. The front receptionist was rude about checking in and short with her words, customer service was horrible. There was a billing issue and she was not very considerate of our issue, brushed it off as our problem. This place was not very clean, i do not recommend.
