"This property is beautiful day or night. I had better expectations of it and it fell short because the front desk staff wasn’t very serving or informative. When we got there granted it was two hours before check in they said they would contact me when a room was ready but it would be way before check in time of 3pm. From the two members I interacted with, no one mentioned if the hotel had a restaurant , bar etc no info unless I asked specifically. We walked around and didn’t get a message about the readiness until shortly before 3pm. The hotel also looked empty at the time. There is no gym on site, the bar is small if you call it that, the room gives you a refillable water bottle that you have to ask to be refilled they just won’t let you get two of them and we never made it into the restaurant because well no staff informed us there was one or what they even offered at the hotel. We ended up eating at other convent hotel restaurants nearby. Again, the hotel is pretty , the pool is small but warm and the location is fine. I would stay at a different place if I were to return. "

"The grounds of this hotel’s compound are absolutely phenomenal. The staff is available and ready for everything you might need before you know you need it. I would highly recommend booking a stay for multiple nights to enjoy the spa and the museum in between exploring the city of Antigua. Very pleased!"

"Great value for money given a/ kinda boutique experience of a small hotel, b/ just 10 minutes stroll on paved streets to city Central Park, and c/amazing staff! Kudos to Miguel and Cecilia. I felt I got personalized experience for my 3 day stay from friendly English sparking staff. Free Breakfast was decent and had three options (see menu cards picture). Few quirks of this hotel 1/ after 7 pm the doors are kept closed but is opened promptly when knocked (staff at reception stays overnight) 2/ Hot tub needs reservations as it is expected to be used exclusively for your room occupants 3/ my room had no fridge and microwave but I was able to use their common kitchen appliances to store and heat. Not a hassle for me but something to be aware. "

"We stayed for one night and overall had a good experience. The hotel is slightly outside the main central area, but the walk is not difficult or inconvenient. If you don’t mind walking a few minutes, it’s not an issue. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived before check-in time, and they allowed us to access our room early, which we really appreciated. They were also great at providing transportation information and answering our questions. The room was clean, though quite small. For one night, it works perfectly fine. For a longer stay, it might feel a bit tight. Breakfast is included and is okay, but very basic. Coffee was included, but tea was charged separately. It’s sufficient, just not something remarkable. One thing to note: the listing mentions a terrace, but it is essentially a rooftop without furniture or setup. You can see the volcano, but surrounding houses partially block the view. If your main goal is scenic views, this may not be the ideal place for that. We did have a small issue with the bathroom — at one point the water stopped briefly, and the shower drain would clog while showering. However, there was consistent hot water. The TV and internet worked well. Regarding price versus value, it feels slightly elevated for what is offered, especially considering the location and limited views. That said, for a short one-night stay, it works very well. If I were staying longer in Antigua, I would probably look for something more central or with "

"The room was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the place, the dining place was also great, they made some good breakfast. Everything looks new, the showers and bathrooms are great. Also, the beds are really comfortable. Overall, great price for the stay. Also, not too far from Antigua."
