We had a fabulous relaxing holiday break with our grandchildren. All the staff were friendly, helpful, informative and kind. The accommodation for two adults and 2 children was spacious with all the amenities we could need or want. The children loved the pool, tennis, games area and hobby farm. We all enjoyed Beaches Restaurant and strolling around the property. Diligent maintenance staff were upgrading, fixing and attending to everyday jobs along with long term work. Continuous improvement is evident. Thank you. We will be back some day.

Stayed with family: Good Points: Peaceful - despite convenient proximity to airport Nice pool area with BBQ points Nice surroundings and ground Kids loved the farm feeding Clean and well appointment rooms Bad points: Arrived without stairgate in room - was soon sorted No WIFI in room as standard Lots of wallaby poo scattered in the outside areas

This was a very nice, easy stay. Exceptionally clean and fixtures and fittings to a high standard. Pool and hot tub were good and having use of the tennis court was great. Also just 5 mins across the road from a beautiful beach. Great having our own laundry facilities and a back yard with washing line. Only minor gripe was not having a coffee plunger or other fresh coffee making facility as a non member of Club Wyndham, which seems a little petty.

Was a lovely place to stay was a bit disappointed that we lost power on the first night and all the food we where cooking went to waste and there was nothing done about that but other then that it was a nice place to stay

What I liked most about my stay was that it was clean and tidy the staff were both friendly and very informative. There was also lots at free activities. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Clean and comfortable unit, perfect for families (and it’s hard to find accommodation for a family of 6!). Loved the playground, games room and hobby farm right on our doorstep!

the staff at ramada resort went out of their way to help our family with what ever we needed. they were kind,helpful. nothing was too much trouble with regards to making sure our stay was perfect. we will be returning again. i would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff.regards juanita and family.

Great location close to airport. Walk across to the beach. Hot tub and pool were great. Wallaby’s hopping around just outside our room.

Great Place To Stay
Apartment was excellent, we had a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment which was very clean, comfortable and a great set up for a family. The staff and facilities at the resort are also excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely surroundings by the beach. Restaurant was very disappointing. No alternative food for vegetarian or food intolerant people. Had to pay for WiFi when told by staff it was complimentary. Not worth the money paid for what I read in reviews to be 4 1/2 star accommodation

The perfect home away from home
The resort has great facilities, items for rent such as fishing rods, bikes etc and terrific service. Our apartment was comfortable with lots of outdoor space.

Great resort close to the beach
From the moment we arrived the experience was positive. Friendly welcome then a very pleasant surprise to walk into our 2 bedroom villa. Separated well by space and gardens, the villa was brilliant. A real home away from home with modern appliances and tasteful, matching and spotlessly clean crockery, cutlery and cooking requirements right down to fresh white casserole dishes. A great bonus was a large private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. We had booked a city hotel prior to arrival for the second half of this first visit to Hobart which turned out to be a mistake. The easy drive to the city only takes about 15 to 20 minutes so next time we would just stay at Wyndham. So much more relaxing. Lovely pool. Loads of things for kids. AND loveliest native gardens surrounding you. Definitely recommend this to anyone happy to drive.

The only major issues were, no free wifi which is a given these days and we had 8 people in our party but only sofa space for 6 people. There were 2 double rooms a twin room and 2 sofa beds. The living area could have taken another small sofa to let everyone sit in comfort. Strange there were not enough seats.

Good sized, clean, modern apartments a most enjoyable stay. The apartments are a fair way out of Hobart so you will need a car or taxi or public buses to get into town. Would be happy to stay here again

Great place for a family get away!
My young family and I spent 4 nights here and loved it. Its in a perfect spot with the beach across the road, 5 mins from the airport, 1 hour from Port Arthur and only 20 mins from Hobarts CBD. Plenty of wildlife around. Also plenty to do with tennis courts, games room, playground and of course the pool which was very warm. Highly recommended.

Good facility with easy beach access
Room was good and well set up for families. Not having a full service restaurant on site means you need to plan meals. More like renting a condo or apartment than staying at a hotel - with the accompanying pluses and minuses associated with such a facility.
