"From the start, Molly was amazing. She made us feel like we were visiting the home of an old friend. She took the time to point out attractions and made food recommendations. She also gave a great recommendation for fresh beer, which was phenomenal! The hotel was clean and in a great location in the centre at the Old Quarter. They held our luggage for us, which seems normal, but we had been checked out for two days already when we came back from Ha Long Bay and were wanting to explore Hanoi some more - That's great customer service. Also Tommy at the tour desk was a literal "saving grace". We had a last minute change to a tour the next day and he was able to help us get it sorted out and it ended up being one of, if not our favorite tour we had in our trip. My wife and I cannot thank the team at this hotel enough for their support and effort to ensure our stay here was perfect... It was perfect. "
