"Pros: Beautiful view. The grounds are lovingly maintained and lush. The staff are hardworking, attentive, and friendly. The main highlight of this venue is the food, which is truly world class. Amazing breakfast with incredible french toast. If you value fresh and local ingredients, the quality here is hard to top. We would have loved to do the cooking class but did not get the time to. The female staff at reception could have been friendlier and not so arrogant - need to train front desk/reception - have had better customer service at a 3 star hotel."

"The hotel is a work of art. It is visually stunning, from the time you enter the lobby to the rooms. The pool was amazing and a great place to relax after a day exploring Sapa. The location was perfect as it is within walking distance to Cat Cat Village, endless restaurants and right next door to the Sapa Train Station for quick access to the Muong Hoa Monorail to Sun World Fansipan Legend and the cable car to Fansipan Mountain. All in all a very lovely hotel."

"The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. "

We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. "
