Nice hidden spot
It was a good experience. We arrived at 1am and didn't know we had to go through a gate in an alley, hard to find at the beginning but good overall. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean.

It was excessively noisy. Kids screaming, roosters crowing, breakfast was minimal. However, it was clean and it was in a good location. We were able to walk to most places.

Room was old and not as nice as the pictures. Check-in is 1 pm, for some reason that wasn't listed for us when booking (person was a bit confused/ annoyed when we tried to check in earlier than 1) Pros: The fan is quite powerful and does a great job cooling the room. Location was decent. There was an elevator which was nice when carrying bags up to the room. Great hot water that lasted and decent wifi. Cons: The bathroom had a strong sewage smell which did not go away even when we tried to air it out. The air conditioner constantly leaked water, and multiple light fixtures also dripped water. The place just felt a bit weird overall that we aren't able to quite put into words.

For the price, this hotel is awesome. Located in a very small alley but quiet. Room is a bit small but manageable.

房间有点残旧和床底下灰尘很多，电视有时候会看不到，还有其中一天下午的时候居然停电大概两个小时。不过老板娘和员工都很友善，早餐虽然普通，总的来说还是不错的

Recommend!
We stayed in this hotel 3 nights. The rooms are very clean, the service is great!! The last day we had a flight very early, ( before breakfast time) and they arranged us take away for the flight. The hotel location is a little bit hard to find, its in a little alley, but the positive thing about it that it is very quiet for the area.

Low price but no good place
I recommend to book room level up more than delux one if you want to book here. In the night, there was darkness around here and it was not visible easily to find the hotel because it located inside of houses.

Great little find in busy Ho Chi Minh
Great little boutique hotel that is modern, comfortable and has real attention to detail. The rooms are quite small (as is the whole hotel) but they were well furnished and quiet. Breakfast was simple but met my needs. Staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. Very happy with this little find.

The room was too tiny. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near by a local market. Food trails are everywhere. Ask hotel staff to call taxi for you, it's cheap and convenience.

A delightful friendly Clean Safe Hotel. Wonderful staff. Room excellent,Big clean quiet and bright with all facilities. Without doubt will stay here on next visit. Perfect location, any amount of restaurants,bars within short walking distance.

Good budget hotel with basic breakfast
We stayed in a room without window. Surprisingly we didn't feel claustrophobic at all. The room is organised this way that comparing to other hotels in Vietnam in the same price range, it presents nicely and serve the purpose. Hotel location is perfect for visiting the "backpackers area" and it's still very close to the city centre. The location of the hotel is down a small side street, may be a bit hard to find at the first attempt.

私はこのホテルを選んでとても良いと思いました！ ロケーションが良く、地元民と近い距離感で楽しめました。 ご自分で用意されたほうがいいもの パジャマ 変換器 リンス（バスグッズはシャンプー、ヘアブラシ、保湿剤、固形石鹸、歯ブラシはありました。） 徒歩5分圏内にコインランドリーがあるのでそちらを使用していました。 騒がしい街から少し歩く路地の奥にあるので音問題は多少するが問題ないかと。

낯선곳에서 행복을찾다
데탐거리메인에서5분거리의 호텔 처음엔 음산한분위기같지만 2틀정도지나니 엄청 분위기 있음 주요 곳을 가까이볼수있어 저렴한 가격에 이런호사를!!!스텝분들도 친절함 다만 타올과 습한냄새가 조금나요^^ 타올은 여기(호텔스)서 호텔에 피드백을주셨으면 요거빼면 가성.가심다잡을수있어요

방이 다소 작다고 느낄 수 있지만, 나머지 요소들은 좋았습니다. 깔끔하고 저렴하고 직원분들도 친절하십니다. 다만 호텔이 골목 안쪽에 있는것이 아쉽습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

Great staff and location, clean hotel
I was early, my room was not ready yet, but they offered me breakfast and possibility to use shower etc. I was warmly welcomed! The staff was so nice. My room was very clean and bed comfortable. Only minus was the noise you could hear through the door from the lobby. During the night the room was very quiet because the hotel is situated on the small alley. I left early, at 6am and they made a sandwich with coffee for me, which was really nice. They offer airport transfer at price 220000 VND. Location is nice, walking distance from everywhere, eg. packpacker area 5min.

아침부터 물이 안나와서 씻지도 못하고 나왔습니다. 2시간을 넘게 기다렸는데 기다리라고만 해서 그냥 나왔습니다. 2박 잡았었는데 남은 1박 취소 해달라고 했더니 취소도 안해주고 최악이였습니다. 숙소는 방음이 잘 안 되었지만 잠만 자기는 괜찮았습니다

またの利用はあると思います。
不連続に6泊しました。 シャワー：湯量・湯温調節ともに満足です。水はけのチェックはお掃除時にしてもらいたいものです。201はずっと水はけが悪いままでした。 スタッフ：フロントスタッフは英語がしっかり（特に女性陣）通じます。お掃除や調理のスタッフも感じ良いです。親切で、気持ちの良い対応を頂きました。ありがとうございました。 快適さなど総合評価：大通りに面さないので、それほどうるさくありません。特に夜はよく眠れます。ただし、近所の喧嘩や子供達の騒ぐ声は大変よく聞こえ、早起きなので、朝は6時には目が覚めてしまいます。掃除やメンテナンスも良い方なので、良いホテルと思います。今後も利用すると思います。

不連続に6泊しました。 ベッド：硬めという口コミがあったので、硬め好きの当方には好都合と思ったのですが、部屋により硬さが違います。シングルベッドは硬めでしたが、ダブルベッドは支える力が弱く、腰が痛くて眠れませんでした。枕は高すぎるものと、高めだけど使えないわけではないものとがありました。1日だけ、柔軟剤がよく落ちてない布団カバーだったことがあり、あまりに匂いがきつくて換えてもらいました。 Wi-Fi：概ね良好です。ゲストが多い夜は全く繋がらなくなってしまったこともありました。回線がもっと太くなればよいのですが。

不連続に合計6泊しました。 静かさについて：大きな通りに面していないという意味では静かです。が、周りの住民の話し声は相当大きいので、朝6時前から日中の活動期並みの騒ぎは聞こえます。深い眠りの方は起きないレベルかも。通り側でない部屋もありますが、窓を設けるために吹き抜けの構造にしており、今度は全ての階の3部屋とロビーの音が全て筒抜けでもっとうるさいです。鼻歌まで聞こえます。ただ、今回はマナーが悪いゲストはいなかったので、どの部屋も夜中は静かでした。 朝食：食パンとジャム・バター、バナナとスイカ、コーヒー・紅茶・オレンジジュース・水がレギュラーメンバー。それに薄焼き卵か目玉焼きと、料理が1品です。料理は、1日目ビーフン、2日目チャーハン、3日目焼きそば、4-5日目ミートソースリングイネ、6日目インスタント麺の焼きそば、7日目チャーハン、です。特にチャーハンの野菜は冷凍ものではなく、とうもろこしが美味しいです。

Pleasant and comfortable accommodation in big city
It was a wonderful stay. We came quite early for check-in but they gave us a room what was very helpful for us as we traveled whole night. The room was spacious with nice and clean bathroom. Air conditiong and fan were both well working. The area around was quiet for a such a big city. We were also very pleased with breakfast. The host allowed us to leave the luggage while we went sightseeing next day. We honestly recommend to everybody!

1년이 지나 호텔에 다시 찾았음에도, 여전히 직원들은 친절했고 우릴 알아봐주어 반가웠습니다. 방은 여잔히 깨끗하고 위치 접근성도 좋으며 조식도 깔끔하고 모든게 만족스럽습니다. 호치민에 간다면 늘 이곳에 머물고 싶어요.

God værdi for pengene
Boede her i 3 dage i forbindelse med ferie i Vietnam. Helt fine og rene værelser. Dog skal man ikke forvente store værelser. Men hotellet giver helt klart god værdi for pengene.

Klein aber fein
Wir haben eine Nacht in Yellow House übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber platztechnisch sehr gut genutzt, sodass keine Klaustrophobie aufkommt. Unser Zimmer war zudem schön hell durch ein nach draußen weisendes Fenster. Allerdings hat es im kleinen Bad abends plötzlich durch ein augenscheinlich vorher mit Zeitungspapier gestopftes Loch durch die Decke geregnet (hat der Gast über uns geduscht?). Abhilfe konnte erst am nächsten Tag geschaffen werden als wir schon abgereist waren.

コンパクトにまとめられた清潔感のある部屋
見つけにくかった。宿泊の日は雨期のため大雨でスーツケースを持ち、傘を差しながらあちこち捜し歩いたので大変でした。一見ホテルなどなさそうな普通の狭い路地の奥にあります。ホテルに入るときはサンダルに履き替えます。その分、ホテル内は清潔。部屋も狭いながら清潔感がありました。ホテル従業員はフレンドリー。朝食は結構満足できました。

Super Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Das Hotel war eines meiner Favoriten in ganz Vietnam. Super sauber und modern. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Jeden Morgen gab es ein Frühstücksbuffet bestehend aus Brot/ Toast, Ei, Kaffee, Saft und Tee sowie Obst. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind wie auf den Fotos vorzufinden. Daumen hoch!

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel
Hatten top Zimmer ganz oben mit Balkone, ausgesprochen netten Service, Haben im Hotel eine Me Kong Delta Tour gebucht, konnten Gepäck im Hotel lassen, wir würden definitiv wieder dieses Hotel nehmen. Super Lage mitten drinnen, nicht weit weg von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Distrikt 1

숙소 자체는 가격 대비 괜찮아요.근데 새벽에 도착했는데 골목입구가 잠겨 있더군요.보안때문인듯... 그리고 주변에 식당이나 편의점이 안보여요.여행자 거리까지 10분쯤 걸어가야 함.
