Rooms are clean and decent but noisy, the windows are not completely sealed and no matter what floor your room is you will hear street noise unless you take room without window. in a premier room ( higher price) there is no place for luggage's you have to leave them on the floor and jump over it because rooms are very small, breakfast I would rate 2 out of 5.

Great stay overall. Nice rooms and location. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that we were charged for the price of a towel when the towel was soiled with very small amounts of blood from shaving. This was strange as shouldn’t all towels be washed and bleached anyways?

Centrally located comfortable hotel. The staff in every area of this hotel provided great service. The breakfast buffet was always very good with a rotation of daily offerings. And, the price provided excellent value. When I return to Ho Chi Minh City I will stay here again.

Good: Hotel staff were helpful. Room rate is reasonable. Bad: Sound proofing of room was bad. Can hear people talking on the phone and playing games in their room in the middle of the nights. Room and lobby has a stench. Water pressure from shower head is not strong. Breakfast was limited. Not much of good eateries near the hotel. However, can take Grab easily to all the malls. Will be good if hotel can provide two room key cards.

A very good place to stay and enjoy your trip to Sgn. Close proximity to central market and shopping area. Attentive staff, especially Mr. Hung who is always outside attending to your transportation needs and to make sure that you're safe getting in and out of your ride. Hotel provides great breakfast as well. Will return for future stay.

Staff was so kind and helpful. Everyone was very friendly. Great location. Loved the gentleman out in front who would greet us every day, help with making sure we were getting the right taxi, telling us to be safe if we were walking. Breakfasts were excellent.

Pleasant stay
I arrived early and was able to check in. I booked a room with a window with 2 twin beds. They only had a window room with two double beds which was provided at no extra cost. The room was on the back side of the hotel with view of construction, but less street noise. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location, disappointing service
Was disappointed to have such a bad stay with all the good reviews this place has gotten in the past. First night..woken at 6am by cleaning staff outside my door having an argument screaming at one another.. asked them to be quiet they ignored me! I called reception who eventually got them to calm down. Had to wait four hours for clean towels to be left in my room. 2nd night was woken by the guy next door snoring.. I know that's the not the hotels fault but man the walls must be super thin because it was like he was in the same room as me!! Upon checkout I was informed that I had taken a travel adapter from the room.. which I hadn't.. I bring my own.. nevertheless they seemed to take a liking to my adapter and said it was theirs and took it out of my hands while I showed it to reception.. boss said it was theirs and they would charge me double if I caused any trouble. I'd say this hotel would be reasonable if they charged a third less.. the room was comfortable etc.. apart from only 2 mins of hot water in the show before it goes stone cold. Great location and the place was pretty clean. Shame about the terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place.
