The hotel is in a convenient location for everything: travel, dining, entertainment, shopping, sightseeing, ... Rooms are good, prices are reasonable and staff is good attitude! I booked it for myself, but when I returned, everyone was satisfied with this hotel!

Oh no... What is this... The shower is just a shower head on the wall right in the middle of the bath room ... ?? If you take a shower...you mess up the whole bathroom and can't go to the toilet without getting wet... This is totally unacceptable...

Meh. Not great, not the worst. A place to sleep.
The N.Y Kim Phuong hotel is your typical budget hotel. We chose it for the location, which was great! We wanted to try being closer to higher end food and shopping options as opposed to the Backpacker district where we stayed when we arrived in HCMC. The lobby smelled like cigarettes and wifi was poor, but we weren't expecting supreme cleanliness and first class customer service. Bad wifi was a bummer, nightly rates were not super cheap and nothing else impressed me, so 2 stars. I would try a different hotel next time.

Nice enough to spend quality time in Ho Chi Minh
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The location is very nice. It is very close to the dong khoi street, so even if you shopped a lot in the Lucky plaza or any other shops on the dong khoi street, you can easily go back and put your stuff in the room. Plus, there are nice restaurants nearby, so you do not have to go look for restaurants far away. I had to check out early in the morning because of the flight, and the staff was asleep on the floor. Luckily, the other guy ( i think he was a doorman ) woke him up and i could check out, but i felt sorry for both of them... The room was very clean but the air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable. The shower was hot water, so I didn't have to take a cold shower.

Great service and value
Hotel Has elevator. Free drinking water, hot and cold, in lobby. Good value for mid range money, in an area of top class hotels. The reception manager was very helpful, organising tour and taxi for us when we requested it. We found all the staff to be friendly. Only criticism is the motorbikes parked outside the hotel entrance, blocking the doorway.

Great location
The hotel looks old inside and is pretty no frills, the aircon keeps the area just around the bed cold, but the rest of the room is fairly stuffy. But for the price, the location (a stone's throw from the Sheraton and Park Hyatt) really can't be beat. Starbucks is just across the road and you'll hit about four Circle Ks within 5 mins of walking. You can also easily walk to the very good and reasonable Temple Leaf Spa. I never needed to take a cab through the three days that I was there. Bus 19 from Ben Thanh station will drop you off literally at the hotel step if you give the driver your address. I took bus 109 from the airport to Ben Thanh for 20,000 dong.

Good price for what you get
Checked out a few places online before this one. Compared to other spots it's relatively quiet, I suggest you go for that if you want to sleep at all in Ho Chi Minh

Great budget hotel in good part of town
A good budget hotel, very basic, but clean and with friendly staff. Our first room was a disaster with multiple problems but when we informed the reception we were immediately moved to another room.The staff were very friendly and helpful though! The location is fantastic with many restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. We didn't have the breakfast included because there were so many great places to eat so close, such as L'Usine, Relish & Sons, The Workshop, etc - all within quick walking distance. Great if you're on a budget but want to be in the heart of the city without being in the backpacker area!

立地条件が良かったので、行きたい場所へ全て徒歩で行くことができた。日本語、英語は全く通じず困ったが、スタッフの人が全て良い人で、すごく親切だった。言葉はジェスチャーでなんとか出来た。真夜中のチェックアウトも真夜中にタクシーを手配してもらうのも心配だったが、ガイドブックに載っていた会話集をコピーしていき、タクシーの写真もコピーしたものを見せて手配してもらうことが出来た。言葉の壁はあったが、親切なスタッフの人のおかげで大満足だった。

トータル的に満足
メリット：繁華街、立地がとても良い。すぐ傍にサークルＫもある。 料金が安いのに、朝ごはんが付いている。宿泊客だけではない、地元のお客さん（多分）も食事をしている気がする。タオルがゴワゴワしてない。日本から持参しなくても良かった位。電気ポット、冷蔵庫もある。アメニティは使用していないが、最低限色々あった（が、ちょっと古かったり、クシが茶色くなっていた、リサイクル？？）。ベッドメイキングは問題なし。ダブルルームだったので、広々。部屋には部屋履き用のビーサンがある。 部屋に電話あり、部屋の扉にロックがあって安心。 デメリット：セーフティボックスが部屋になかった！シャワーがなかなかお湯にならず、１０分位すればなんとかお湯になったが、出しっぱなしにしていると洪水、排水は悪い。宿泊者が変わる際の部屋の掃除がイマイチ。ベッドの下にお菓子が散らばっていたが、退出日までそのままだった。ゴキブリが出た。ボックスティッシュがなかった。 トータル評価：値段が安く、食事も付き、広々していたし、スタッフも基本的に親切。キューさんは特に接遇に力を入れている感じ、日本語も話してくれるし、タクシーへの荷物も運んでくれた。 ゴキブリは出るが、暑い地域的に仕方ないとは思う。そういうのが絶対嫌な人は泊まらない方が良い。排水溝に逃げ込んでくれたので、ポットでお湯を沸かしてかけておいた。毎日やれば安泰な気がする。あとは、部屋の床掃除までしっかりしてくれると、害虫発生の率も下がるし、気持ちが良いと思う。安く、立地が良い、日本語多少ＯＫを探しているなら、デメリットを考えてもまた使うと思う。ありがとうございました。 あと、突然の停電でエレベーターが使えなくなった。高頻度で起こる事なのかは不明。

Et billig og greit hotell med bra beliggenhet. Ikke langt å gå til de store shoppingsentrene. Ca 10 min. Frokosten var helt ok. Man kan velge å få laget suppe, omelett eller sandwich. Det lå en gresk restaurant rett over gaten, den anbefales virkelig.

二度と利用しない
別のホテルをチェックアウトした後、帰国便までの時間の休憩、ショッピングで増えた荷物の置き場とシャワー利用の為に予約。 他社サイトで予約後、ホテルズドットコムの方が安い価格だったので、キャンセルして予約し直しましたが、チェックインし外出して戻った時に予約が入っていないので、宿泊料を支払えと請求されました。 チェックイン時に予約確認書を渡しているのに「もらってない」ととぼけた事言われて大変腹が立ちました。押し問答の結果、ホテル側がミスを認めましたが、労力も時間も無駄になりむかつきました。 シャワーはなかなかお湯が出ず、１５分ぐらい出しっぱなしでやっと。タオルは雑巾みたいなねずみ色で手持ちのタオルを使いました。チェックイン時にパスポート原本をフロントに預けないといけないのが不安でした。安いとはいえ二度と利用しません。

今回初めて宿泊しました。 シェラトンサイゴンやカラベルホテルのカジノに行っていて帰るのが深夜になりましたが、両ホテルから徒歩ですぐのところにあり、さらに表通りに面しているため、安心してホテルまでに帰ることができました。夜中にもかかわらず、フロントスタッフが迅速にルームキーを渡してくれました。部屋はバスルームはシャワーのみですが、ストロングな水圧ですぐにお湯が出ました。朝食はグランドフロアーの食堂でメニューからフードを選ぶとスタッフがすぐに料理してくれます。1泊目はオムレツとフランスパン、2泊目はフォーボーを食べましたが、とてもやさしい味で満足です。フロントの女性がコーヒーまで入れてくれてアットホームな感じでした。しかもその女性は日本語で気軽に話しかけてくれて楽しい時間をすごすことができました。部屋は、8階でした。窓からビンコムセンターが正面に見えてなかなかよかったです。これで、1泊2千円ちょっとは驚きです。また泊まりたいホテルです。

カジノまで数分及びレタントンに近い
スタッフ全員（昼夜）は、みんな楽しいし親切だった。初日は不安だったけど顔を会わす度に段々笑顔が増えてきました。お互い言葉は通じないですけど、身振り手振りで多少はコミュニケーションが取れたと思います。 次回行く機会があれば又利用したいですね！

Prijs kwaliteit een gunstig gelegen hotel. Goede en schone kamer. Vriendelijk personeel dat behulpzaam is. Goede internet verbinding en een goed ontbijt. In het hotel wordt echter wel momenteel een en ander verbouwd (5-11-2015). Dit was nergens te zien bij boeking. Er is maar een kleine lift voor alle 10 verdiepingen. Deze lift werd constant gebruikt door personeel en werkmensen waardoor je vaak lange tijd moest wachten om er gebruik van te kunnen maken of dat je onhandig tussen de materialen stond. Bij een volgende boeking in dit hotel zal ik zeker eerst navraag doen of de verbouwing ten einde is of anders van verblijf daar af zien.

深夜便利用の時間調整用ホテル
飛行機の深夜便利用だったので、荷物保管と、帰り前シャワーの為だけだったので判断しにくいですが安さ重視ならいいかも！ wihiが使えず、スタッフに言うとはいりました。しかたないですね。
