We stayed at Sedona Suites for 4 nights and were very happy with all aspects of the hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and extremely well equipped with iron, hair dryer, fridge, safe, tea-making facilities and even a microwave. The in-house restaurant although small, offered an ample variety of food which were delicious. The location is one of its major advantages where we could walk to most attractions like the Ben Thanh Market, the Opera House and a little bit further, the Reunification Palace and War Remnants Museum.
We also tried the Japanese 'Towa' and Chinese 'Lai' Restaurants on the same floor as the hotel lobby and they were really good.
Saving the best for last, the staff were the most helpful, efficient and friendliest that we have ever encountered. They have been so well trained that every single request was taken seriously and responded to and even after they change shifts, they keep each other well informed that the communication was not missed. My husband must have mentioned in passing that it was my birthday and the next day I found a birthday cake and card in the room! Here we would like to give special mention to Daniel, Max and Giau.
We are so happy with our stay that we plan to visit again soon.
