Little Saigon is one of those hotels tucked down an alleyway, at first it can be a bit disorienting because the taxi driver didn't know where to go so dropped me off on a random corner and left me to find my way, so ask for a more convenient address before taking a taxi there for the first time. Along the alleyway is a handful of coffee shops and restaurants and a few people selling drinks like water and sodas. (Support them if you can.) The staff at Little Saigon are wonderful!! Kelly, at the front desk, will brighten up your day with her smile and cheerful banter and help you with just about anything you need. In the restaurant, Ricky, Nick and Peter are always smiling, cheerful and ready to help with some fresh eggs cooked to your liking, even an omlette or a delicious chicken or beef soup prepared to order. The breakfast is simple but filling and a great way to start the day. The location of Little Saigon is central and perfect for just about everything you'll need and I walked to many of the main sights and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would choose to stay again if I returned to HCMC.

The staff are incredible. The breakfast buffet was great. Easy access to the city core. My only minor negative comment has to do with the size of our room. Imagine a queen bed and then double that for the total room size. the room is very tight for two people and luggage. Even with this said, it was still great value and would recommend this hotel.

Five stars all round.
Excellent from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable for the price and the bed is so comfortable. We had been travelling to Hong Kong and Australia before this and the bed was just divine. And we had the most basic room here. Nick and the front of hotel staff do their utmost to make you feel at home. The breakfast is also delicious. From spring rolls to pho. I mean. For the price you pay it doesn’t get any better. You’re so close to all the major landmarks from the post office to the coffee apartments. Hard recommend.

This hotel was in a very nice area with little shops and restaurants all around. The service at the hotel is excellent. Kelly responded very quickly to emails prior to our arrival and helped book tours and transportation. She always had a big smile and was so welcoming. Rosa did a great job cleaning our room and she was so friendly. Breakfast was great! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was very happy with my stay at Little Saigon Boutique Hotel. It’s in a very convenient and central location, a short walk to Ben Thanh market. You need to walk down a lane way to get to the hotel. The room is small but it has everything you need - strong wifi and air con, bar fridge etc. The breakfast is good and has plenty of options. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice little hotel. It’s at the end of an alley so cars cannot come all the way down. The hotel will bring a trolley down for luggage though. The breakfast was very good. The area is very convenient as well,

I stayed at the Little Saigon Boutique Hotel for five nights. I found it to offer excellent comfort and value for its very reasonable price. It’s super central to District 1, and within easy walking distance to every one of the main tourist destinations. The reception staff are both friendly and helpful, and speak English very well. The air con does its job well. The hotel is at the end of a short laneway, directly opposite the Saigon Centre, a major shopping mall. The American owned and styled Eddie’s Diner is a three minute walk away.

The room was nice but a little small and didn’t have a window, not an issue for me but may be to some. The staff were great and always gave me a friendly greeting. The complimentary breakfast is a nice bonus and offers a wide variety of things to try. The location is pretty cool because it’s in like it own neighborhood but also walkable to the main streets.

The entrance of the property is a bit difficult to find as access is in an alley way. Overall, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The bell guy was extremely helpful. We are very close to a lot of places such as the market.

The hotel is buried deep in the alley. The room is pretty small, not enough to lay 2 luggages on the floor. However, the staff is really helpful, help us to get a cab to airport, friendly in helping us with our questions.

Enjoyed my stay there, location was very convenient. The entrance is a bit hard to find due to metro works and being in an alleyway however it feels safe and had no problems getting to and from there. Breakfast was adequate, room was nice with everything you needed. Bit on the noisy side but then again you arenin the centre of the city!

This hotel was lovely to stay in. It was in the central part of Ho Chi Min. Due to its location no street noise was heard. Staff wonderful and helpful. Room small but adequate. Very clean. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful each day. Special mention to Ricky and Tommy for seeing us off. Great customer service!

Lovely Place
We stayed in a deluxe room on the fourth floor for three nights. Nice sized clean room with everything you need, good bathroom with new fluffy towels. Even has a tiny balcony. The location is perfect, middle of District 1, close to Ben Tanh Market, sightseeing spots and shopping. Admittedly a bit hard to find as it is located at the back of an alley way. Breakfast is simple but fresh, served in a cute coffee shop downstairs. Staff are polite and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again

Great little hotel
Great location and very helpful staff Could do with double glazing to block out the noise but as the hotel is located in a back lane the noise was not intrusive Will stay there again

The staff were amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was fine and hotel is very clean. A little hard to find but we had a private mini bus pick us up from airport so we gave them Address before hand so they knew where it was so no problem. The best location so central very close to places like Opera House, Post Office Ben Thang markets. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here again

Saigon secret
Room compact but very comfortable. Small window but adequate for checking the weather. Separate shower cubicle saved wet bathroom and hand towel and kettle add the little extras. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, including breakfast café downstairs. Hotel is tucked in a small courtyard along a narrow alley - well lit and safe.

Fantastic little hotel and great staff
Great hotel near to the main sights. Hidden at the end of an alley it offered a break from the hustle and bustle. We loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel - great value.
