They placed us in a different property than the one we originally booked — one that was half the price, yet they refused to refund the difference.
Accessing the property required fingerprinting at the main entrance, but only the first party to arrive was able to complete this step. The rest of our group, who arrived later, was not assisted with this step.
We agreed to meet at 10a.m. the next day for fingerprinting, but no one showed up (again next day 11 am and another no show). Later, we received a text asking if they could come “now” at 3 p.m. or even after bedtime — which was not reasonable. Overall, the communication was poor and unreliable.
Also, they only communicate through What's app not very commonly used in the US. Don't expect to be contacted by email before check in.
