Good location but small room

Shower water cannot control well ,either very hot or very cool . The hotel only offer two bottle water on the first day check in ,no matter how many day you stay .

Iโ€™ve stayed at this property several times in the past but under new ownership the condition of the property has dropped noticeably. Towels were very worn and not very clean and the general condition of the property is showing itโ€™s age. Newer properties adjacent to this hotel might be a better choice.

Caring for people that stays in that hotel

There are 3 things that I occur when staying at there which I won't forget that place in my life. Firstly, the rainy days that occur while we wants to get our dinner outside and to some places that tourists will go when the person in the reception counter gives us the big umbrella so that we won't get wet that easily and even get sick too. Secondly, is the hot water that the reception counter get for me in a efficient and effective manner. Thirdly, is the counter people who gives us the information of some places to go and ask us to take care of our belonging that makes us feel like we are at home.
