It is a nice hotel. The old name of this hotel was Lotus. Breakfast had Vietnamese food so you can try various food during the breakfast buffet. I see very little people for lunch probably because it becomes expensive with the extra charges. Two dishes will come to 400k and with added charges it will be 700k. The lady at the entrance who helps setup tours was very friendly.

Jade is their best staff member. She was like my assistant to anything i needed do if you go there adk gor her and she will look after any where you want to go, make sure you have a good breakfast, order your meals etc

I truly loved this place!!! The staff was excellent. Jade is super sweet, professional and very helpful. Every time we would run into her she was attentive and caring. The bartender from the roof bar and the lovely waitress SUPER. From the doorman to the staff at restaurant, everyone is very sweet. The hotel is at an excellent location. My wife and I were able to walk everywhere. My only regret is not staying there longer.

Everything is as great. Good location, very helpful staff but the only problems were no windows in rooms and the pool and gym were very bad. The pool was more like a paddling pool 1.2 feet deep. The gym was just a few cardio machines is a tiny room

The hotel showed as 4 stars on Expedia review and the pictures looked so glossy so I decided to book it. But I’m reality it’s was so bad and I would not recommend for tourists because the hotel was dirty and scary. I could smell urine in the bedsheet. The surrounding didn’t give me a secure feeling. This should be only 2stars hotel

We booked the best room & were very happy with the size of the room and comfort. The staff were lovely & very attentive after I suffered a fall. One downside which requires urgent attention is the tiled flooring on the rooftop pool/bar area. There is a small change in level in the tiles right in the middle of the floor which is difficult to see, even in day time. I twisted my ankle, injured my elbows & knees in a fall when I didnt see the change in level. A simple black line or hazard tape would have prevented my fall.

A convenient location and clean hotel with a nice rooftop pool and bar with very friendly staff. The only downside was our room was located on mezzanine where the noise from reception filtered up at all hours of the night and staff were too scared to ask guests to keep it down

The hotel is situated in a great location within district 1. Walkable distance to pretty much all attraction. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel with shops and others amenities available. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great. Our room was large (we booked the best room possible) which came with afternoon tea. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop together with a great bar / club in the evening - offering fantastic views of the city in the night. Room was tidy and spacious, the drawback is the bathroom shower with lack of proper shower screen. The curtain wasn’t sufficient to keep the water out from leaking on to the floor, which was rather annoying and not to mention slippery. Other than that the hotel is a nice place to stay for a short visit in the city.

Great location. Very confusing when we check in. Give an upgrade because they messed up. We went out for dinner come back they said they straightened it out, but took away the upgrade. Furthermore, we had to pay an extra 2Million VND to reserve the room we were supposed to get. They did refund the money however the confusion made it difficult.

This was a great hotel! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Laundry service and room service were great and fairly priced. They had a great rooftop bar and their NYE's event was a blast! Great view of the fireworks and yummy drinks! Breakfast had a wide variety of options from pho to made to order omelettes. I loved the fried rice and the fresh fruit juices. Afternoon Tea was the best with live musical performances and yummy sweets. Downside were the nonworking spa and my parents room had a leakage in their bathroom where water was pouring into their bathroom from the room above. Other than that, my stay was great and I would definitely book again next time I'm in Saigon! Cam on nhieu nhe!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Location wise perfect for Bui Vien Street and Ben Thanh Market. The free afternoon tea was a nice touch but the things on offer not so much as they catered towards a western palette, would have been good to see more Vietnamese food on offer. Breakfast was also not so good as food was luke warm and some people took so much food and wasted so much that it left nothing for others. The sky bar was dangerous to get up to as most of glass was broken on side of stairs and pool was so poorly maintained and super cold. Towels on offer were also old. The live DJ and music at night as a result meant it was so noisy at night, given that we've stayed in places right next to Bui Vien St and heard nothing says it all.

Hotel only issue one room key. Had to constantly request for two. Room advertisement was misleading. Breakfast room was very small and food choice was so/so. Staffs could be friendlier and more hepful. Elevator takes a long time. Rooms felt cheap and dirty (has a muggy smell to it). Do not recommend and will not stay here again.

You booked the Garda Deluxe Room (only 20 m2) and without window- smallest room in our room type. But as you need to bigger room with free of charge. We flexible to free upgrade to you to Lessini Premier. If you need to big room size, you should choose the high level room type, should not choose the smallest room and make complained. The place to service breakfast is whole 8th floor, size is 200 m2I think you should consider all things before you get the bad review like this. It's not truth!Have a nice trip!

Not as it looks in pictures..bath tub/shower just leaks everywhere. Asked for extra towels..never came..pool is more like a kiddie pool..Its all around ok plave..decent area..Large market nearby is not like a small unique market..very touristy...All around ok..but just ok.

Hotel pictures are much better than in person. Swimming pool and gym are dirty and unsafe ( construction with electricity near pool). Felt like victim of false advertisement. Restaurant staff is very nice however food quality is mediocre compared to other hotels. Promised a room upgraded on last day but did not materialize. The front desk staff is very inflexible to customer needs. I would not come back.

We paid for 3 person fare for package they accept but why only give 2 single bed, if we need extra bed we should pay extra, is not money problem but since we pay for 3 person already, don’t the hotel should provide a double bed and a single bed instead. So is unfair and not reasonable at all, why asked customers to pay extra. The hotel actually know 2 single bed are not enough for 3 person.

Tiny rooms without natural light and no sound proofing make it a quite unpleasant stay. The location is okay but there are far better options in Saigon. The Expedia VIP benefits are not recognised by the hotel so dont bother asking.

When I checked in I was given a tiny room without a window. I was told that because I booked via Expedia, in essence they give those guests the bad rooms. I was able to upgrade to a nice room with a window for an additional $16 a day and it was worth it, but that was disappointing. While the hotel is clean, there is an odd smell which permeates the entire building, even the elevator. The street is a fairly loud outside, but in fairness, there are not really "quiet" places in Ho Chi Minh City. One major plus what the free breakfast buffet which was very lavish with Vietnamese and Western foods, even a omelette bar where the chef made truly proper French omelets.
