CRAP HOTEL
This is the worst hotel. They have construction going on the whole stay. Hotel.com never advised of this and it was going on all day and into the evening. The breakfast is CRAP. eating out on the street is way better than what they offer. They also have taken over the hotel next door which is now called GRAND CITITEL. OMG the sinks and benches are cracked and they say its a new hotel LOL. OLD WITH A LICK OF PAINT... I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Way better hotels for the money

The hotel is located in a buzzing neighborhood with lots of dining places and close to tourist spots. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. Certainly value for money in district 1.

Awesome place to stay, close to everything, like a home away from home. The staff are professional, friendly and informative specially thank to their manager Ms Tha`nh . Excellent customer service. Great Locations. All the top attractions are a short walk from the hotel and there are many restaurants nearby. The room size is good with plenty of storage space. We highly recommend it. This is not 5 star luxury but it is an idyllic location and comfortably and thoughtfully appointed.

Good location
Location is convenient 3min walk to ben thanh. Breakfast is average, has basic bread, eggs are fresh, nice coffee, fruits, yoghurt.. bakery and cooked food are average. Staff not as attentive as 1year ago when i stayed there. Bed and toilet are clean and comfy. Most of the rooms are bathtub n its quite high, need to b careful for elderly. Shower curtain are yellowish already, should change.

Hotel provides buffet breakfast, its nice but the dishes is not warm enough under warmer. I likes the hot soup section, pho and fruits ( so many varieties )

it was pleasant, the staff are very helpful and the room was so clean!!! i booked the family suite and the view was just overlooking the streets/main road, which was very nice because you get to see the bustling Ho Chi Minh City’s district 1. the only thing i have with the room is that the extra single bed was quite hard. Other than that, i had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend because it’s near main attractions, you can easily book a Grab (for trips less than 2km), it will cost you VND23,000, which is very affordable :)

Feels good from the staff to the room conditions to the stay Water heater/Shower is great. I booked 2 rooms: one is deluxe double and another one is superior without windows. Deluxe double comes with window but unlike the previous review, my parents who chose this room commented is not as noisy as it seems.. everything was great with comfort except the air-con is not that cold in the day Superior without window is way cold even at 23 degree, when i entered this room, it has a stale air so i requested for air freshner and it was great. Everything was nearby with walkable distance, buffet was normal (only delicious thing are the coffee and the bread) Overall, i will say its good for a 4-5 night stay

Junior suite is nicer.
If you wants more comfort, book a junior suite is better. Get in very very late but the receptionist guy is pleasant to do a quick check in and he allows us to check out late, simple offer makes us feel good even though we don’t need. Breakfast is good enough for our short stay with a view of the city....the decor is standard, the bed is comfort, lobby is nice, modern look. We will stay here again even through there is many hotel in the area.

the location is good, walking to many places of interest and Ben Thanh market. Bed is very firm and good sheet and very clean. Slept very well. The only complain is the reception is not very smilly and very attentive. breakfast is ok only with service pretty bad.
