Breakfast was good, hotel room was disappointing- window was to a wall and the bathroom was clean but lots of tiles broken and not very nice condition. The bed was comfortable. The upstairs lounge was a bit too “club” style for me- loud music and a weird vibe.

The aircon is old and make a lot problem. Not cool and keep off after a while. Management should replace or get maintenance regularly

good clean hotel
hotel offers good breakfast. 3 hotels joint together. I felt the corridor brightness not so good and with curtains covering the staircases seems a bit awkward . . .

Great location. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff were helpful, friendly and spoke good English when we had questions. We didn’t like the shower! The hand held shower head was really annoying. The facilities were great - the location of the pool and hot tub in the middle of the bar area may not suit everyone.

I like to praise Kenny Huy for his customer relationship skills , he helped me from luggage transfer to answering local attractions to my concerns in the dining room service. He assured me he will address my concerns and make improvements. I give 5 stars for excellence.

Everything was good until a group of tourist organised by their company behaviour were unpleasant making noise when they returned in the wee hours of the night and crowding at the morning Breakfast area despite of After finishing theirs.

Fabulous central location within walking distance of all main sights. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing buffet style starting from 6am so great if you had trips planned with an early start. Rooftop pool was excellent, great cool off at night time and amazing views. Rooms were large, but a little more tired than the pictures online, but clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Hotel manager, Jane, was excellent. She was there to help always; changing room due to some issues, packing breakfast when we had to depart for golf before restaurant opens, etc.

The pool area was a great reprieve from the heat and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities leave a lot to be desired though from the super sketchy electrical outlets and intermittently working blow dryer to the tub/shower that wasn’t really attached to the wall and the shower curtain that didn’t remotely cover it. Pretty rinky dink!

When I check in on 28th, they refused to allow my local girlfriend to check in with me. I was charged U$ 30 to register her name. They want to charge for 3 nights, but I paid for 1 night and then sneak in on 2nd and 3rd night. This is out of my expectation. They say it is Vietnam regulation and it was stated in website. I think Hotel.com better state this warning clearly. I will not stay this hotel anymore.

Great service and location
The stay overall for the price was good. The first room we struggled to sleep with a random noise frequently- we were right next to a lift so thought this might be the cause. However when we asked to change rooms they immediately gave us a new room but also one with a window which was better than the first room. The staff were always happy to help and we had great service. Location was brilliant and a few minutes walk to the ben thanh market and street food market.
