Too much Old and Dirty hotel, its totally different to what the photos shown on website, photos are 15 years back and should update the conditions. Breakfast included but like a street shop quality.

Thanks for a lovely stay.
I personally loved this hotel. It’s right next to Bui Vien walking street so could be a little loud but nothing too much. On check in the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My room was fine, cleaned daily and no issues. The little shop attached to the hotel sells everything you need and cheaper than Circle K. Great food options on doorstep. The top floor pool and bar area was lovely especially at sunset and night.

Nasty old run down dirty hair bed was so hard after 3 nights my back was so bad hard time walking I emailed hotels dot com to ck out two nights early no respond flipped the bloddy matress not much better I wish I stayed another place they need remodeling to bad they don't fix and clean up hallways also nasty great location walking St night life

Great location close to Bui Vien but did not look at all like the photos, not a city view nor the room booked on Expedia, and lacking basic amenities (ie toilet paper, towels) until requested. Otherwise a generally comfortable stay

After a delayed flight and a very late arrival the staff were extremely helpful in getting me checked in and settled. Considering the area the hotel was quiet. Close to plenty of dining and drinking options of which the staff made some great recommendations.

The staff were very helpful especially the reception and bell boy. The room itself was clean enough but the bathroom and shower were not only in a poor state of repair but dirty as well. I would suggest to the owner that their housekeeper needed replacing and the maids be taught how to clean properly. Our shower not only had broken fittings but was also covered in black mould, (hypochlorite would removed it quickly and easily) There was no a working extractor in the bathroom. We were also disappointed with the swimming pool, the water was cloudy and had a discoloured tide mark. The Jacuzzi was broken. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was that it had a swimming pool. Overall the place has been let go and management should take the blame for not maintaining standards. Stay there on our next trip to Vietnam, no way.

Don’t fooled by Photos.
Online photos are pretty good. Totally wrong with reality. Bathroom equipments are leaking, drain right to the bath room floor. Show curtain is so old and water fall down to bathroom floor. Show stall was even moldy. Yukkkk. I always try to balance positive and negative aspects in my reviews. But I. Annot find any thing positive. Ah. One positive aspect is Location. Great location easy access to city center area.

PICTURES ARE FAKE!!! all the pictures used to advertise this hotel are computer generated. the location is good but it’s a very busy street with lots of bars playing loud music which you can hear from your room all night long. the room is tiny, old, smelly and outdated; filled with only old and worn furniture. the floors are dirty, especially in the bathroom. the bathroom is mouldy and tiny. the shower has no hot water and floods the bathroom floor when used. breakfast is very average and runs out quickly. the staff are not friendly at all. this place is a mess.

Hotel service was great the staff were nothing but polite. However despite having no toilet roll at first, the bedroom is generally ok for the price you’re paying! But the bathroom was actually disgusting (dirty floor and really, REALLY mouldy shower curtain) and the shower was constantly cold :( The hotels location is really amazing, but the price of that the sound at night is ridiculous. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to get to sleep, at 1am The first days breakfast was limited but there was eggs, bread and fruit. However the second day, there was no bread available, the egg station was packed up just after we walking in. And the fruit selection just looked like yesterday’s left overs! I know the price is good, but unless you’re coming just to get on the drink... find somewhere better.

Overall a good stay. Most comfortable bed I've had in Asia. Great service. Could use a carpet clean in the hallways and a shower curtain large enough to contain water in the shower. Also safety box is not attached to anything so don't think it's secure. Can pick it up and walk out of the room with it.

Arrived before midnight but the person told us that we didn’t have reservation! We’re telling him we have & got the email to confirm that we did have booking for two nights! His saying that there’s no room available at all! So I got really angry instead he gave us room that was not even ready! Lots of mosquito inside! Also we got up about 8:30am to get ready for our 10am day tour only to find out there’s no water because the power was off! Waited for about an a hour but no water so they decided to gaved us 2 bucket of water for shower! Waste of time as well because our tuk tuk driver was waited for us for about 1hour & 30mins...

I landed in HCMC on Sunday 21 October at 12:30AM on JQ63. when I got to AHA Boutique, the hotel I booked from the 21st to ensure that I had somewhere to sleep, the gentlemen then told me that the hotel was full and someone had taken my room. I was exhausted, and I should have put up a bigger fight but at 3 in the morning after travelling 8hrs you can imagine you have no fight! He told me they had booked me into a sister hotel around the corner and proceeded to walk me there. To say i was shocked is an understatement. The room was nothing like what I had booked and it was NOT a hygienic place. The bed had marks and I ended up sleeping on my sarong. I walked over to AHA the next morning and the lady feigned ignorance and said that she would have to check why I did not get checked in. When she finally got back to me, she said that my booked room had “faulty lights” and that’s why I had been put around the corner. I did not believe this and short of asking them to prove it I told them I wanted a refund. Their response “We are not receiving anything from Hotels.com so you have to email them and ask them for a refund.“ IF they had put me in an equivalent hygienic and safe hotel, I would not have had an issue but to downgrade me and corner/ambush me at 3AM into staying in something they wouldn’t even stay in themselves is criminal. You can’t ambush a girl who has travelled ALONE for that long at that Hour. It’s criminal and they are going to cause an accident.

Mound on ceiling, room could do with a clean. When l requested another room told no. When l turned back Fiona there was smeared blood down bottom of sheet. Cleaner wipe coffee cup out with rag they clean toilet with. Not so good.

The hotel is on a beginning of a stretch of party road. Bad if you want a good nice sleep. Reasonable price - but room is really very tiny. Maybe because I am only staying for 1 night & I am only 1 person, the hotel staff gave me the smallest possible room. There is not even enough space to put a chair so that I can do my work. The hotel is very old, very visible in the bathroom. Breakfast spread is very decent though. Be prepared to climb 3 levels for breakfast!

This hotel is by no means a great place for a long stay, but it's in a very convenient location (meters from Bui Vien walking street - one of the most popular (and most noisy) places in Ho Chi Minh City. Meters away, but enough to make the place bearable in terms of noise and possibility to sleep at night if you wish to. This is 100 times better than the hotels located directly on Bui Vien street, especially the ones more deeper into the walking part of the street, where is the real all-night-party. The place is relatively clean for 3 stars, relatively good looking, and much better than a few others around that I have seen and tried. So my overall rating is higher than it actually deserves, but you know - relativity: for the region and the surrounding competition it almost stands out.

My family stayed 2 nights. Rooms are dirty. Bedsheets and towels stained. My daughter got bitten badly by bedbugs. The area is noisy due to clubs and bars nearby. Would not return to this hotel.

Hotel staff is helpful and nice. Location are excellent with foods & nightlife and near by to most of the tourist spot. The air-conditioner in our room moulded and we could smell the smell of the mould throughout our 4 nights stayed. The bathroom need maintenance as we could seen there was a cracked on the floor & sink as well there is a leaking that make us hear the water dripping sound whole night long....

The hotel staff was excellent, the rooms needed fresh paint and touch up here and there. I lived in the first room for 3 nights, the room was comfortable but I was moved to a smaller room as there was water came from the toilet on two straight days for less than 30 seconds. The free breakfast was good and the location was very convenient to everything. s

ok hotel.
Hotel is on the quieter area of Bui Vien....which still is quite noisy at night. My advice is bring good earplugs. Rooms are ok...small...but was sufficient for a solo traveler. Pool is very small and somewhat indoors...almost no place to lay around and get sun if that is what you want to do. Area is convenient for tours, eating and drinking and shopping and close to bus stations. Staff is friendly.
