Location is good. Walking distance to most tourist attractions in District 1. Room is decent and comfortable. Breakfast is also provided. However, noise from other rooms such as opening doors or playing music can be heard loudly but should not be a big deal.

Nice hotel, but area around hotel is a bit dirty. Breakfast at hotel is good but place is very small. Hotel is located near major attractions which can be reached by taxi or on foot. I recommend using GRAB to get around. Very cheap and don't have to worry about hassling with taxi driver. Overall a good stay for your money

They do well with what location and space they have available in this city. Location is great and you can walk to many places if you're a walker. Not much English spoken but communication was ok. We just went off and asked other people. Shower took forever to heat up in one room but nice once it did. Other room shower was brilliant. Breakfast is simple and tasty.

Very dirty but can't expect much for price air condition leaks very noisy opening doors of closet very dirty and blanket looked very dirty but beds were comfortable

ACE hotel was very good, the only complaint I have is the beds were a little too firm. The buffet breakfast was excellent every day but the dining area is quite small.

Value for money - good breakfast & location
Good value for money. Our family stayed for 4 nights. Free breakfast was very good-different vege and noodles/rice everyday. Location is good - opposite few great Vietnamese & Chinese restaurants. 500m walk to Sense Shopping Centre and Backpackers Steet(street party like LanKwaiFong in HK at night) and morning Pacific Market. Used Grab & Uber to go to Ben Thanh Market, Takashimaya-Saigon Centre,Andong & Chinatown. Joined local tour for HCMC city tour, My Tho and Beng he. Great food and shopping (but hv to keep bargaining)

Great hotel for the price
This is the second time after a few weeks of traveling i went back to stay there. Great cheap place but they need to clean the AC filters, I've done this on both stays. Other than that nothing to complain about, i would stay there again and again.

Great shopping location
Clean friendly hotel close to shops and restaurants. Does not have tea/ coffee in room or breakfast included but plenty of cafes around to compensate. Good budget hotel.

Easy and comfortable stay.
The hotel is vey well maintained and the bed is really comfortable. I've choose the cheapest room because it said it as no windows and I preferred dark rooms, however there was a little windows to the hall way, no problem at all. The hotel location is another plus, It's 15min walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, and 5 minutes walking to Pho đi bo Bui Vien walking street, a party street. The staff are super friendly and would do things to make you feel hone. We request 2 extra pillows and we were promptly served. The breakfast is included. You can ask for eggs or soup if you like and the ladies working there are very nice too. I personally didn't like the coffee but the rest of buffet was good. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Enjoyed my stay!
Nice and cosy hotel room. Very comfy and nice bed, shower is a little slow to heat up though.. no complaints about that. Good location with eating places nearby. It's a little far to walk to ben thanh market though, around 15min walk, but near to pubs at pham ngu lao area, around 5min walk.. overall it's great value for money and I would choose this hotel any time should I go back for holiday.

Had an incident with the hotel reception regarding the SIM card but resolved it in the end when he gave me a refund. Would advise tourists to just go to the SIM card store ( I went to Mobifone 5 min walk away) directly. The toilet wall and door is made out of glass. See-through so it's a bit "intimate" not great if you're going with a group of friends who are not ready for naked action. I was sadly allergic with the sheets, but my boyfriend was fine with it. The breakfast was fairly good with very friendly staff.

Great Value for the Money
The room was very nice. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great. The receptionist was friendly and helped get me to the airport. Great value for my money.

Good for the money but do not expect much..
The hotel is in a fantastic area in the Centre of the city. The room was small but clean and comfortable but no window. The bathroom is very small and all glass walls so no privacy if two people are staying for using the toilet. The women on reception was not so friendly and when checking out took our key and said nothing at all. Kind of feeling of got your money and now your leaving so she feels she no longer has to provide a service. Not a goodbye in sight. Also don't book any tours through this hotel as they are ripping you off. They are charging so much more than the real cost of these tours. Just walk 5 mins round the corner to near the bus terminal know as back packer area and it is full of tour travel shops all offering the same tours at the real prices so much cheaper.

Everything was great. Very clean, good wifi and amazing and friendly service. My only complaint is that it took almost half an hour to check out and I had a bus to catch. Phone and radio calls back and forth for 15 minutes over 2 bottles of water. Just make sure you check out early and give yourself enough time

A great place to relax after a day in HCMC
We pre-booked for 2 nights at ACE hotel for our first visit to HCMC, the hotel is in a great location in district 1 and we were no more than 25mins walk from the main attractions including the War Rembrants museum and Benh Thanh market. There are lots of shops and restaurants outside the hotel but to get some more 'local' food head over to De Tham/Bui Vien street area on the other side of the park where you will find more variety of street food style restaurants and lively bars. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly, they also upgraded our room upon arrival :). The room itself was great and modern (we had a deluxe room with window) it had a comfy bed, TV, fridge, kettle, aircon and a lovely big walk in shower! We enjoyed our stay here so extended it by 1 night, the manager honoured the same price (£18 per night) we had paid online and allowed us to stay in the upgraded room. A very nice breakfast was included in the room price which we enjoyed on the 9th floor each morning, breakfast was a large spread that consisted of meats, salad, bread, freshly cooked eggs/omelette and tea/coffee/juice. There is also a computer in reception which is free to use, however it wasn't really needed as there was very strong wifi reception throughout the hotel. We made use of the laundry service (30k dong per Kg). We had a fantastic stay here and will definitely return if we decide to visit the city again!

ホーチミン市内主要観光地や空港へのアクセスが便利なホテル
ホテルから2分圏内に大きなバス停があり観光にとても便利でした。ホテルスタッフも優しく、英語が喋れるので助かりました！24時間体制でタクシーのアレンジメントなど協力してくれました。ただホテルの清潔感は△。アリがいたり、アメニティはシャンプーボディーソープが無く少し不便でしたが、その他は揃っています。日本の方はスリッパなど部屋で履ける物を持って行く事をお勧めします。

値段なりの普通のホテル
部屋中に小さな小さな虫がたくさんいるのと、バスルームのカビっぽいにおいには少々困りました。まあ東南アジアのホテルはどこでもそんな感じですけどね。主に欧米人の集まるブイビエンからは歩いて5分ほどなので、休憩がてら部屋に戻ってくることもできます。夜はとても静かです。日本人が好んで宿泊するエリアではないと思うので、海外旅行に来てまで日本人とはちあわせしたくない人にはいいかもです。

フロントの人は英語を話せます。 ベトナムの習慣で、チェックイン時にパスポートを預かられますが、 ちゃんとチェックアウトの時に返してくれます。 ツインの部屋に宿泊しましたが、部屋は結構キレイに掃除されています。 バスタオルはありましたが、フェイスタオルはなし。 また、スリッパの代わりにビーチサンダルだったので、 日本から持ってきた方がいいかもしれません。
