Photos not accurate
Good location for dining and shopping. Taxi serviceis fast. Hotel front desk staff was helpful. The room i booked was with a notable sewage odor from the bathroom. If your stay is more than 1 night, try asking for another room. As for amenities, there were lots of toothbrushes and cotton swabs, but there was no tissues, bath tissues was in limited amount. Bath towels were old, some with stains, and torn. The bathroom ceramic floor is mostly wet from shower water, but bath mats were just rags. For that nightly rate, The hotel did not meet the standards. My stay was not comfortable. Would not stay here again.

Meh.
The location was great but the room was lacking. No one cleaned our room or took out trash . There were little flies on the desk and bathroom... we got bitten by mosquitoes in the room. And expect to hear honking from outside.

Plesant stay in a clean and well located hotel
Hotel is located just on the fringe of the bars on Pastuer street 5 to 10mins walk to Ben Thanh market.ots of local eatery around. Room was clean bed comfy. Not much service but this is expected for a 2 or 3 star hotel. Staff were polite and unobtrusive. Will stay again.

Cheap hotel within walking distance to most area
Real conditions are no where near the photos shown, but rooms are big to fit 6 person. Sink was stuck for 2 days and the bath tub drainage is an issue. Don’t expect too much. Big toilet for the family room. Rooms are a bit dark despite the lightings.

Recommended
The water didn't get warm at night. Called the front desk about it, so it got fixed. Little dirty spots here and there. But overall recommended. Great starting point to explore the hotel. Couple of walking minutes to the Ben Thanh Market! Friendly staff.

HO CHI MIN TRAIL
It was basic but most hotels in district 1 are 2 to 3 stars, for the price cant complain, trying to get them to understand you is a prob, but you are in there country so go with the flow they try there best.handy for most things like street food market very good and good prices, beer in bars work out around $4 a pint, plenty to see and visit, not expensive, if you don't like scooters then stay away there's millions of them. no road rules every man and woman for themselves, if you want to cross the road just go for it because no one will ever stop. all in all Hotel good, trip good.

Near to tourist spots
We were scammed by two cyclos drivers,,,, the amount we agreed were nit what they asked. Like A holdup!!! From 15,000 it ends with 1.5million dong each in just very short time, hongkong market, remnant museum and saigon river then back to benh thanh market.they almost got all our 100 dollars. Terrible!!!!

Good location but not much of room comfort
Very good location and customer service. Very prompt when ask for room make up. The receptionist seems to recongize all the staying hotel guest and make sure that no stranger would enter the hotel. I feel rather safe to stay here when im returning back to hotel late at night. There are many good local street food around the corner. Something to improve on is its room comfort level and bed.

Nice hotel. Was a good choice For my young family
Air conditioning worked, the hotel staff was nice and helpful. Close proximity to most of the sights within the city. I would recommend staying there.

Hotel close to Ben thanh market. Within walking distance. Easy to find food near hotel. We booked for family room and there are 3 big beds for us. Overall we are happy to stay here.

This hotel is in district one - 15 mins from the airport. The hotel is surrounded by small, local eateries. If you're only looking for a place to sleep - then is hotel is ok. The bed are comfy and the room has all the amenities. However, we only stayed 1 night and it was enough for us. The place looks tired and the rooms are nothing like the pictures.

A great location and very friendly staff but thats all. Expedia charged me for the room with a breakfast but they don't provide them. The hotel refund some money to me. The rooms are very big but very smelly inside.

In the heart of Ho Chi Minh
We was greeted by very helpful door staff and receptionists. Room was large with two kings size beds. Decor was modern. Beds were firm and pillows were soft with bounce. I had two very good sleeps in them. Bedding and towels were new. Location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the heart of Ho Chi Minh. The only downfall was I booked with breakfast. When we arrived they no longer offered breakfast. They gave use about £7 back. Went to McDonald's but cost much more than what was given back.

Our family of 5 did not enjoy this hotel, maybe others will. The rooms were ok and the bathroom was newly fitted. However, we found stains on the bedding and the condition of the hotel generally grubby and awkward - the lift took us to floor 4 however we still needed to take steps as it actually arrived at floor 3 or 5. When we woke up early to catch the train we found staff sleeping on the floor of reception and the front door locked using an umbrella!.

The staffs are all helpful and nice.
Highly recommended. Reasonable price with friendly staffs. Within walking distance to ben thant market. Unfortunately no halal food near the hotel unless willing to walk to ben thant market.

Great hotel, bad wifi
Boss Hotel 3 is clean and conveniently located in District 1. You can walk to all the major attractions or take an inexpensive taxi. Only complaint was the wifi, which was essentially useless.

Get the family room. They are on the quiet side of hotel, are very big with 2 king size beds and a generous bathroom. Only $10 extra and well worth it. Other rooms are noisy

Value for money and walking distance to Ben Thanh
I booked single room but upon arrival, there is no room. They moved me to double room opposite hotel Regal Hotel which is quite nice. The place is not next to main market. Takes about 10 minutes walk.

Hotel quite new
Seems hotel is quite new. I stayed in single room. Nice room size and bathroom. Clean. Aircon is cool enough. WIFI is good. There is not much variety for breakfast. But it is OK if you just eat to live.

We arrived and the hotel had no power. As we have a baby and a kid with us, they offered us a room to leave our things. Power was not up till 2 hours later. Next the lift was out..... we planned a trip the next day and requested for morning call but nothing came. We waited an hour for breakfast and still there was nothing and we left for the tour without food. Subsequent days the staff was apologetic and things got slightly better. One thing to highlight is that the housekeeping is extremely lousy. Floor are dusty and not cleaned. Toilet are not washed. The only good thing was at least the towels were changed. Reception and security guys were good.

place is very accessible to main areas, there are optional choises for restaurants there, staffs was good and help guest to carry the luggage, but unfortunately battery of remote controller of air conditioner didn't work at first, in the end student replaced it.

평범하지만 나쁘지 않아요.
혼자갔는데.. 활짝웃으며 절 위해 큰 방을 준비했다며 침대 3개짜리 룸을 주네요ㅋㅋㅋ 시설이나 청결도 이런건 평범해요. 좋진않지만 나쁠것도 없어요. 근데 침대가 생각보다 되게 편하긴 해요. 욕실 크고 수압도 좋고~ 미니 금고도 있고~ 뭐 가격도 저렴하니 다른곳 정하지 못했다면 갈만하긴 해요.

Stort rummeligt værelse. Der var, hvad der skulle være. Slidt men pænt. God aircondition. Perfekt belligenhed i forhold til seværdigheder og restauranter i gå afstand. Havde bestilt taxa til lufthavn fem timer før afgang i receptionen, der ikke kom. Måtte preje en på gaden i stedet for.

地図では、美術館の向かい側という感じで出ているが、実際はもう少し離れたところ。 １階が（地下？）がカフェになっている。 １０時過ぎについて少し早めだったが、部屋に入れてくれた。雨が激しく降るときだったので部屋に入れてもらえたのは助かりました。 部屋はきれいに掃除が行き届いていて快適でした。

Price ok but the test....
I stayed for one night and they were the only ones who did not find me transfer to come to the hotel..The hotel is not well put, it seems old .. the staff forgot to book the taxi for departure .. they tried to remedy but after 20 minutes nothing was coming .. to not risk losing the bus we took to the road we stopped the first free and we got the beauty of 80 euros for 8 km.for one night it’s ok but don’ t trust to the reception..
