The staff was very nice especially the doormans and bell boys. They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was only a 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and close to lots of restaurants include and Michelin guide pho restaurant. It was also walking distant to the mall. Hotel was clean. I didnt give it a 5 star because we booked 8 rooms total, 3 standard room without a window and 5 rooms with a window but we were only give 4 rooms with the window. We arrive early to the hotel at 8am, but only 1 room was ready at 2pm during our check in time and the rest of the rooms were not ready for another hour after our check in.

The rooms are very noisy.you can hear the TV and people talking.one night I had to ring reception at 2.00 am to turn the TV off.

Great location. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Next door to the markets. Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful and you get a half decent breakfast.

Property was very nice and modern. Foyer upon entry did have an uncortunate sewerage smell or something similar the duration of my stay. Afternoon tea was a very great offering, and a nice touch for a mid day break. Breakfast offering was okay, not a stand out, but okay. Compared to other hotels in HCM and Vietnam with a similar price point, the food offering was below expectations. Only other thing to note was the huge discrepancy in room types. The room type I booked was shown to have a bath tub next to the window and was a bit larger, this was not the room that I ended up with, it was closer to a smaller and more basic room.

The place is well located and the staff is friendly and very professional. However, the room we got (and I imagine it’s the case for other rooms in the property, has an open area bathroom close to the window. That means that the shower and toilet are only separated by a glass. You can close a blind for more privacy, but that’s not enough for everyone, I’d imagine.

We enjoyed our two night stay here. We had included breakfast and afternoon tea which were both great. Once you get over the fear of crossing the street, the location is very nice within walking distance from the Ben Thanh market and the Nguyen Hue walking street. Overall would stay again!

This property is located at one of the best places in Ho chi Minh City, you can walk to many museums and attraction places. The staff were nice they speak English breakfast is wonderful, I will go back anytime.

Need to update the gym, no need to have cardio machines inside the hot box room. Westerners prefer to lift weights when they can in Asia, as they’re already going to walk everywhere. I recommend turning the outdoor area by the pool into an open gym area with weights and have morning yoga as well.

The hotel has such a great location. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. They even decorated our room upon arrival as we were staying over due to personal celebrations. Such a nice gesture. Will definitely stay again if I have the opportunity.

Breakfast is straight forward. Pool area only has 3 loungers and plenty of tables/chairs. Don't expect a large pool...it's dunk size...But gets the job done on the hot afternoons. A/C in rooms are a bit hard to control. Too cold at night because it shutes down on the bed but once you turn it off it gets stuffy fast. They fill mini bar daily (free) with 2 bottles of flavored water, 2 bottles of water and 2 beers.

Winsuites hotel is a mid size, but it has many things that we really like. Its location is next to Ben Thanh market, walkable to many famous places around Saigon. The facility is clean, well maintained. Staffs do listen and try their best to accommodate our requests. Customers are treated at best. Mr. Phi, the hotel Manager, provides customers breakfast, and tea time every day in its restaurant, where we can sit, relax, talk and watch the subway to be station. The treatments we got from Winsuites convince us to change our plan, and rebook Winsuites again for our 2nd stop after coming back from Da Nang. I highly recomment Winsuites hotel.

This was my second stay within 3 weeks. From management down, the staff is so helpful and professional. The room service food is excellent and the location is perfect for safety, dining, walking to attraction. Highly recommend this hotel.
