Property itself is beautiful and feels like a luxury stay but the service provided is not consistent with that feeling Issues with checking in where tried to change rooms and willing to pay difference but kept being told could switch to suite. "New hotel with a great location overlooking the sea. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and spotless. Everything was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. The staff ( Mohammed, Khadija) were helpful and friendly."

"The hotel offers excellent service. The entire staff is as friendly as could be and if you need something you only need to ask. The location is directly across the street from a beautiful beach but keep in mind that it is noisy at all hours. If you are a light sleeper it may be difficult for you.
